How To Correct The Missing Highlighter Feature in Acrobat Pro DC, etc.
After multiple Adobe Community searches trying to find how to correct the ongoing issue of not being able to apply a simple highlight feature to PDF text in Pro DC, we began to troubleshoot the issue on our end. Thanks to our IT manager, we finally found the root problem and then resolved it to correct this issue so that the highlighter tool now works as it should. There's an error with a default setting in the program. If Adobe has already resolved the highlighter situation, that's great. If not, please contact me to chat about the corrective measure needed.
