Window cannot be closed after parsing with "Preflight" and "Analyze and fix"
OS : Windows 10 20H2
Acrobat Version : Pro 2021.001.20135
Phenomenon : Window does not close when using preflight fixup
Process :
1. Open any PDF files
2. Open Print Production Menu
3. Click Preflight menu
4. Choose "Convert to PDF/X-1a (Japan Color 2001 Coated) "
5. Click Analyze and fix button
6. Wait until the process is complete
7. Attempts to close the window after exiting (preflight or main window)
Occur this issue, it is possible to quit Acrobat on the Windows taskbar.

Since Windows 10 Winver 2004, there is a new Microsoft IME for Japanese input, which is the cause.
If you change the settings to use the older version, the problem will disappear.The new Microsoft IME is causing a variety of problems with Acrobat's behavior, and the Japan community reports issues that involve it on a daily basis.

Hi,
Thanks for reporting the issue.
Can you please confirm if you are getting SaveAs dialog after step 5. If yes, then you need to specify the path where output file needs to be saved before proceeding further.Also, can you please share the video recording of the issue so that we can investigate it further.
