Quick tool icons are TOO BIG
Quick tool icons are TOO BIG - In Adobe X I was able to fit ALL of my Quick Tools across the top, now you've apparently optimized the program for tablets and there is no way to make the Quick Tool icons small enough which creates TOO MUCH UNNECESSARY CLICKING. WHY do you assume that everyone needs these GIGANTIC icons? Why can't we reduce the size or the "padding" around them? It's beyond annoying.

If you are going to completely "tabletfy" the user experience you should do something more like PDF X-Change editor and use an office-like ribbon format...but still allow us to fully customize each tab and have a "condensed" version for desktop use.
Splitting functionality between the side tools bar and the too-small quick tools bar is far from efficient.

Thank you Ishita. This is not "improving" the quick tools, but putting it back the way it was. The redesigned UI was not better, and I consider the poorer overall visual utility a bug. Loss of color on the icons, icon uniformity (for multiple different tools), and more spacing--all likely done in the name of making the UI "pretty." Acrobat is a TOOL, and it should be treated that way, not window dressing.

Hi Leigh Ann Magier & Grifffin Klema,
Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern.
As i understand you are having having interacting with Acrobat due to the increased size of Quick tools due to reduced screen space and would like an ability to increase/decrease the icon size as per platform.
We are happy to take your suggestion and will iterate over it for improving Quick tools
Thank you again for your patience
Regards,

Totally agree that this is not better for laptop or desktop users, and there should be a preference/setting to condense the icons to remove the unnecessary padding.
Acrobat needs to understand that Acrobat Pro users are not Acrobat Reader users, and the UI or software itself should reflect those separate markets. Acrobat needs to think of Pro users more like developers/coders who dislike the dumbed-down button-based UI and ensure (1) screen real estate is carefully evaluated (2) keyboard navigation and use is maximized, and (3) customization options are prevalent for each.
