pdf api to create accessiable pdf files from an HTML

provide a pdf api / code library to create accessiable pdf files from an HTML programmaticaly via c# and other languages.
Use case companies and organizations who has systems which renders officialy pdf files like syllabus, invocies and etc and need them to be fully accessible for people with disabilities.

    I doubt Adobe will ever offer a feature like this. I agree it would be extremely useful, because the tools for making accessible HTML are much better supported and better documented than those for making accessible PDF.

    You may be interested to learn that chromium browsers (such as Chrome and Edge) already have some support for this feature via the Print dialog. Still quite new, and many role-mapping bugs, but it kinda works. Headings, lists and paragraphs all coming out right. Try it, and report any issues to the chromium bug database.
