- Make documents modifiable on cloud web app
- Edit text in real time on web or desktop app
- Move comment stickies with pages when deck is reorganized
- Comment stickies carry over to desktop file as well
- Update changes in real time when using desktop or cloud

The cloud acrobat collab tools will be beneficial if creators and managers can all update together. Managers need restricted privileges so they don't muck up designer templates. Often managers provide feedback notes while designers are working on page updates, all simultaneously. Manager changes are typically sticky note comments or wording changes.
