Role Customization and additional Collaboration/Markup tools
We are currently in the process of modernizing our internal approval processes and have a number of forms that have been converted from excel worksheets into PDF forms. These forms when submitted, need to step through and be signed by a number of reviewers before final approval by the company Director.
Our process is very collaborative and quite often, signers/reviewers have additional information that needs to be added to the document as it passes through different departments.
With the way our forms currently work with Adobe Sign, whenever a change or addition needs to be made, the sender has to recreate the form and restart the e-signing process again. This is extremely inefficient.
I would find it hugely beneficial if there was an option in the form designer to flag form fields as collaborative so that reviewers are able to correct errors and add additional information before it reaches the final approver
Additionally, being able to assign fields to Approver and Reviewer roles would be extremely useful. Currently, Adobe Sign only has Sender and Signer roles which means that the form creator (Sender) has to do a lot of manual work in the form design step when preparing a document for e-signing.
