The new interface is terrible!
The new user interface / page design is terrible! The new tool and zoom locations make mouse movements awkward and less fluid. Please change it back. There was nothing wrong with how it was.

Mr. Rawat,
Okay, I bought into your ridiculous description of how terrific and customizable the new design was...
So, I went back to the NEW WAY and decided to customize the toolbar. Here is what I found:
1. I do not use Comments so I tried to remove it from the toolbar so I could free up some space - Of course, you cannot remove it.
2. I use Fill & Sign very often so it is already on the toolbar but I wanted to move it up - Of course, it cannot be moved
3. I use Combine Files frequently so I wanted to add it to the toolbar - Of course, I was not able to add it.Please stop wasting my time and the time of all the rest of your loyal PAYING THROUGH THE NOSE customers with wild comments that are simply not true. I have better ways to spend my time!!!!!

Hi, We appreciate the time and effort you took to leave us a remark since we're constantly searching for ways to make Acrobat better.
We acknowledge that the new Acrobat represents a notable change, however we hope that as you get familiar with the new interface, you are able to be more productive & get more out of Acrobat.
We allow lot of customization in the app. For example - you can drag drop the tools in All tools left pane to reorder your tools. Similarly, the top left toolbar (Quick tools) can also be customized using Customization window that comes on clicking ... button at the bottom of the toolbar. We are in the process of adding more customizations in the app.
With the new release, the floating Quick tools bar on the left is now draggable. So, now you can bring it closer to your work space.
The navigation tools for PDFs have all been gathered and placed to the right. These tools were arranged specifically for each platform, whether desktop, mobile, tablet, or mobile, making sure that the tool layout remained intuitive, optimized, and purposeful regardless of where the user was on Acrobat. And like in old interface you can also use same keyboard shortcuts to zoom and navigate - https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/keyboard-shortcuts.html
A point to note is that as we made these changes in the interface, we have ensured all tools & features that are currently supported, retain their familiar functionalities and workflows as they did in the previous version. We are proactively addressing any gaps or issues reported by users related to any break in current workflows.
We are also updated our helpx page that will assist you better - https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/new-acrobat-experience.html
Please stay tuned for more of our upcoming releases as we are constantly working on improving the new experience.
