Unable to Convert PDf

Since the update I have only been successful with converting a PDF 1 time - I have not been able to convert to Word or Excel (which is what I need) since this last update. I am not getting an error either. I have checked the downloads - Adobe is just not converting.

    * Steps for reproducing the issue
    * Acrobat Version details
    * Screenshot if any
    * PDF posing the issue, only in case you can share it
