Constantly freezes and crashes
Adobe constantly crashes and freezes. I pay for a subscription and I am very very close to canceling it. It is ridiculous that I can't even do my job and pay out the *** for something that doesn't work. VERY FRUSTRATED!

Same here. I pay for a subscription and the program will stop opening documents. It gets backlogged in the background process and I have to go into task manager to close all adobe processes running in the background and then re-start adobe. It's very frustrating. Also, it will constantly say I have a program opened, when I don't. The program just gets stuck working in the background at all times.

every time I open Adobe the system freezes and the program does not respond, when it goes well it starts working again after a few seconds. Since I pay for this subscription I would like you to tell me how to solve this problem.
