Alter the prompt when performing an operation requiring an Adobe Acrobat Pro license you do not have a license please contact your admin
Further to Case ID: E-001161228 - "You do not have access to this feature. Please contact your IT Admin for more details" When users want to perform a task which requires an Acrobat License a dialog box is shown which says "You do not have access to this feature. Please contact your IT Admin for more details." This is prompting users who have Acrobat licenses to contact our helpdesk asking why they have lost access. This message is misleading and just plain wrong. Please change it to "Please Sign In..." This is a simple fix and its baffling how this got deployed to the masses.
This is disrupting our operations and harming our internal (and Adobe's) reputation. This is causing our users to complain why they need to request another license when they have already been approved.
This is a simple fix. Please escalate.
