Bug: resize bounding box is wrong size when pasting excel table to landscape pdf page
Brief title: resize bounding box is wrong size when pasting Excel table to landscape pdf page
Steps to reproduce the issue: Copy a range of cells from Excel and use ctr+V to paste it into a pdf page that has a landscape orientation. If you click on the image that is pasted the box used to rotate and resize the image does not align with the image. A work around is if you paste into a portiate orientation pdf page and then rotate the page afterwards the bounding box lines up.
Environment: Windows 11, Excel Microsoft 365 for desktop Version 2312
Expected result: bounding box aligns with pasted image.
Observed result: bounding box does not align with pasted image.
