working on a remote computer and Adobe Cloud closing open PDF files
I have Adobe Cloud installed on two machines. I use Adobe Pro. I'm signed into two machines. I am not using CloudSync. It's disabled by IT. I remote into one machine from the other, yet Adobe Cloud freezes my computer, closes all PDF's open an can't recognize the machine I'm working on as being signed in.
From the screen shot, I'm working on 597257 but Adobe doesn't recognize that this is the device is activated.
I need to be able to work on PDF files on two machines at the same time with the same e-mail address.
