Ability to build email AND name contact list

I would like to be able to build a contact list (address book) in the program. I would like the name to populate when I enter the email address.

I have the same question. Now I have to copy paste the e-mailadress from Outlook every time. I have 6 people I regularly sent an e-signature request to, I want those 6 people to be in a contact list. So I can type their name and so i don't have to copy paste from Outlook.
