Annoying Acrobat Reader feature - "Do you want to turn your photo into a PDF?"
As a s/w product marketing manager and dev engr for 25 years, I suggest you remove the annoying question posed to users of Acrobat Reader: "Want to turn your photo into a PDF?" This will likely result in losing business as customers are annoyed with the suggestion. Who on the business side thought this would be a great way to generate more revenue for Adobe?

Suggest considering at a double-blind usability study through a company like Cole & Webber. Hard to measure the cost of annoyance since it's subjective. Even so, it ultimately doesn't matter what Marketing thinks (I was in marketing and engineering), engineers or investors. It matters what the target market thinks, the users that generate revenue for Adobe.
