Bug report
It used to be that when users created a custom toolbar for Acrobat, it was stored in their account online. Now it appears that this feature has changed, and the settings for the toolbar are stored instead on the user's computer. That is a foolish idea. My computer just crashed so that I have had to reinstall all of my software - including Acrobat. However to my great dismay I have discovered that my toolbar is no longer accessible. Your company stresses the great advantages of its cloud features, yet it appears that you do not take it advantage of it yourself. Why?
