Issue with Adobe Acrobat AI Assistant - Restrictions on Scientific Content
Dear Adobe Acrobat Support Team,
I am writing to you today to report an issue I am experiencing with the Adobe Acrobat AI Assistant, which is affecting my ability to use it for scientific and educational purposes.
I primarily use the Adobe Acrobat AI Assistant to read books and scientific articles related to human evolution and anthropology. I often ask questions about different human species, their ancestors, fossil evidence, and evolution in general. These are all purely scientific and well-documented topics.
However, I have noticed that the AI assistant refuses to answer many of my questions related to these topics, displaying a message indicating that I am violating Adobe's content policies. I understand the need for policies to prevent abusive or inappropriate content, but it seems that these policies are too broad and are affecting legitimate scientific content.
I would like to assure you that I am using the tool for purely educational and research purposes, and that my questions revolve around well-established scientific facts. I believe that the current restrictions hinder the effective use of the tool in this context.
I kindly request that you consider this issue and try to find a solution. Is it possible to adjust the content policies to allow for the legitimate scientific use of the tool? Or are there any settings I can change to avoid this problem?
Thank you for your time and attention, and I look forward to your response as soon as possible.
