I see below a lot of comments about the scroll bar. I want to know where the little up and down arrows went! My gosh, their function is profound. When working in a thousand-page document in which I have to find the minutiae of data point, I need the little arrows. The big scroll bar is NOT precise enough to work on one page of a document. PLEASE BRING THEM BACK. Why did you break something that was not broken. What was wrong with the little arrows? Please, I beg of you, bring them back like in prior versions. The attached image has the location where the little arrows used to be circled in blue.
