Acrobat Reader Display Content Bug
Running Acrobat Reader, 2025.001.20432. Existing (eMSN) pdf files have no actual content and show only header & footer like content. Those eMSN pdf files display just fine when using Mac's Preview. HW: iMac 27" late 2015 running macOS 12.7.6

What is going on with Adobe PDFs?
There are random glitches when trying to open a downloaded PDF, and only some of the content is visible.
I have updated everything, cleared all caches, and uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe 2-3 times, and the problem still exists.
I can see the content with PREVIEW but when when opening it with Default Adobe only some of the info is visible. Some PDF's open okay and others not.
I am running MacOS Sequioa 15.3.2 (24D81)
Can someone PLEASE HELP me - I can't operate our business without this software working properly.

Preview reads fine, Acrobat doesn't. MacOS 12.7.6, Acrobat 2025.001.20432. Can you put an older version of Acrobat on Creative Cloud so I can uninstall existing useless version and install the older useful version?

I'm having problems with content not showing up in Acrobat Pro. I am running an iMac on the MacOS 14.7 (Sonoma). Is there an update?

The Adone Reader on the macOS platform no longer show correctly content. I am running MacBook M3 Pro and MacBook Air (M1) (2020) on the MacOS 15.3.2 platform. I can no longer see content for certain PDFs from my bank's credit card statements, or tax slips. I can see the content without an issue via the Apple Preview application or via Safari.

Sorry folks, on my macOS 12.7.6 the issue is still present. I updated to the lasted "free" Acrobat Reader and all my pdf files (old & latest) for "Medicare Summary Notice" show no content except header and footer stuff. Again the mac's pdf displays all pdfs just fine.

Thanks for so quickly fixing this problem. I just installed the update and all my PDFs now open with Acrobat Reader. -

We have rolled out fix for this issue. Please update Acrobat to the latest version and try opening the pdf files.

Since updating to Sonoma, pdfs opened with Acrobat Reader show only partial content. If opened with Preview, they show the full content. (Mac Mini with M1 chip, running Somona 14.7.4)
