Insufficient data for an image

When a PDF with a specific image is opened, an "Insufficient data for an image" error is raised. Please see the attached PDF. I use the Continuous Release, Version 2025.001.20475, 64-bit.
The reason is probably the deflate compression. I also attached a version of this PDF with a lower compression rate, which works fine. All attached PDFs contain the same PNG-image, which is also attached. Please note, all PDFs open fine in Firefox or Chrome.

    I guess the reason could also be, that there is some kind of check if the image is empty. In the attached image, all pixel values are black, the information is in the alpha channel.
    Consider the PDF file attached. It contains the same image, but I added a tiny red dot on one pixel on the top right area. The error message does not show up, despite normal deflate compression.
