Documents that are to be sent for signature sometimes cannot be delivered, even though the email address is correct.
Recently, since the final change to the AdobeSign user interface, we've repeatedly encountered the problem that documents that were submitted for signature supposedly cannot be delivered, even though the email address is correct (tested and verified several times with several different people). We then receive the error message "Adobe Acrobat Sign Document - Undeliverable." We've also tried it on various user accounts. We use Windows 11.
The problem doesn't occur everywhere, however. However, since we rely on document delivery, it's absolutely essential that we can rely on it.
