1. Dots erased unintentionally bug

   Dots made using the Draw Freehand tool are erased if another drawing made shortly after or nearby is erased. These dots are erased even though they are outside the radius of the eraser. For example, if you write the word, "Mississippi," then immediately use the eraser tool to erase only the tail of the second p, all the dots over the i's will disappear. This only happens to dots that the program has automatically turned into perfect circles, which happens if you click once without moving. After seeking the assistance of a customer service agent, I was told that this is a feature of the, "workflow." I don't know what purpose this feature serves, but I hope it gets patched out because it is very frustrating. I have attached a screenshot displaying the kind of dot that will be unintentionally erased next to a normal dot. The unintentionally erasable dot is on the left.

2. Hand tool

   I don't know if this is because I'm relatively new to Acrobat but I'm finding the interface to be quite counter-intuitive. If I want to zoom or pan using the mouse, I have to select the Hand tool, but then select a different tool if I want to move left or right? For some reason the hand tool won't actually move me around the document, which I would have thought was its primary function. Why can't there be a single tool that allows me to zoom in and out, and move around the document at the same time? This would seem to me to be a no-brainer.
   Am I doing something wrong?

3. Edit Pdf

   Please "UN" Update the Edit PDF feature, so you can add text without the whole document having to be Converted/Scanned. Put "Add Text" back to the way it was. On its own. Thanks

4. Combing ID of two pages to one page

   When you scan both sides of an ID card, you get two pages. Can I take a screen shot of page 2 in Acrobat and put it on page 1? Also, I can pick a part of the first page, adjust it, and shrink it so that the design of page 1 and the screen shot of page 2 are the same size on the same page. I want to blend two pages into one if that's possible. I know this is possible in photoshop but if able to do in future acrobat will save lot of time

5. Applying Watermarks to more than every other page

   Please can I request the option to apply a watermark to more than every other page. I have multiple users who need watermarks applying to every 3 or 4 pages to complete mail merges and there is no other method to do this. We used to use Nitro pro which could do this in seconds. This is frustrating from a business view as we deal with multiple clients who pay for our time and this is viewed as a waste of our time.
   We did find a method but it takes well over an hour to sort everything and isn't as effective as Nitro Pro.

6. Voice dictation to create and edit PDFs

   Apple MacBook Pro has a feature which allows users to dictate text into documents. Please enable voice dictation for acrobat pro.This feature, which I'm using now to dictate this request, enables users, including those with disabilities that do not permit them to type, to create and edit text in virtually any field and form except for PDF files.

7. Don't make a super complicated app if you can't code it to not crash when you try using it

   This desktop app for adobe pro is so glitchy. I can't make more than 2 changes without the entire thing freezing and then quiting. It is so slow and frustrating to work on PDFs and edit them

8. Embedded Scale

   Bug Report: Adobe Acrobat Pro isn't reading the embedded scale of a PDF. Measure tool is measuring at the default scale 1:1 inch. When I open the same document in Foxit, the distance tool measures at the embedded scale as expected.

9. View revised text after editing with strikethru/insert text/replace text

   After marking up edits (using the Comments tools of Strikethrough, Replace text and Insert text) in PDF proofs generated by InDesign, I want to be able to view and copy the edited text as it will now apppear, without the mark-up. This is because it is extremely difficult to read and understand the result of numerous complex edits in the PDF, and also I want to send the revised text to other people to check that the final version reads ok. So I envisage it as selecting the edited text in the PDF and being able to copy and paste it into a text box or sticky note in its new revised form. And also be able to paste it into emails and Word docs.

10. Possibility to save PDF

    If I open a PDF through the File Explorer (File library) and still have the file chosen in File Explorer (Highlighted in Explorer) it is not possible to save the file after commenting or editing. (another user may have the file open ...)
    Please make it possible to save a PDF even if it is highlighted in File Explorer, since this a normal way of working with PDFs.

11. Streamlining "Edit PDF" menu crop page range features in Adobe Acrobat

    Hello Adobe,

    I do a lot of cropping of pdf file pages in the Edit PDF menu and some steps I have to repeat over and over because often the text in each page is off-center, sometimes randomly. I would like to suggest some small improvements to streamline those steps.
    In the Edit PDF tool "Crop Pages" setting, you select an area and double click it which opens the "Set Page Boxes" dialogue box. Under "Page Range" you determine which particular pages this cropping will affect.
    IT WOULD BE GREAT if the number indicating the last page, after the "To" box, was clickable, so that when I want the page range to go to the last page, I can just click on that number and it will appear in the "To" box, rather than I have to manually enter the last page number each time.
    ALSO IT WOULD BE GREAT if the "Apply to" field was not a drop down menu, but all three choices "Even and odd pages", "Odd pages only" and "Even pages only" were readily clickable as buttons, thus saving one step of having to fold out the drop down menu.

    I do these steps with most PDF's I get, so the small changes I propose, will help the workflow a lot.

12. Edit Image -> Edit Using

    Edit Image -> Edit Using -> Open With...
    The external image editing software I had was installed to a different drive than the C drive. Even though I pointed Adobe to where the EXE was, Adobe just gave an error that it was unable to open the image in the external application. I uninstalled my image editing app, re-installed to the C drive, pointed Adobe to the new path and the image editing app launched and opened the image.

    Adobe should not require the external app to be installed to the C drive in order to function.

13. Format settings for text not saved

    I would enter the four values under the heading FORMAT for text in the book. Also, I was using Adobe Caslon Pro font. I would save the document at the end of my session. When I opened the document the next day, some of the sections of text had different values. This forced me to check each of the sections of text I had edited. Some had retained the correct values, but many had changed and had to be re-entered. Also, some of the sections of text had changed from Adobe Caslon Pro to Minion Pro or New Times Roman. This caused my project to extend far beyond the time expected. I had to pay for an extra month of subscription in order to finish the book.

15. In Acrobat Reader und Professional ein Grammatik, Fremdwort, und Rechtschreibungspruefer

    Wenn man Dokumente öffnet in Adobe oder welche erstellt sollte ein Grammatik, Rechtschreibungs, komma und Sonderzeichen Prüfer (!?:;'") vorhandeepn sein sowie Fremdwort Prüfung ob alles seine Richtigkeit hat.

    Der Satzbau, die Rechtschreibung, die Grammatik sowie richtige Fremdwort Bezeichnung geprüft werden. Neben den Fremdwort sollte die Bedeutung in Kommentarfeld hinterlegt sein.

    Eine Künstliche Intelligenz prüft alles ob alles seine Richtigkeit hat und verändert alles. Selbst wenn man ein falsches Fremdwort genommen hat in Zusammenhang mit dem Text. Man kann auch der künstlichen Intelligenz sagen. Prüfe zu den Thema die Texte im Internet und mache aus meinen Text mit den überprüften Texten im Internet einen neuen verständlichen Text mit oder ohne Fremdwörter. Schreibe den Text für ein Kind, für einen erwachsen, für einen studierten oder einen der nicht studiert ist leicht verständlich.

    Das nächste es sollte erkannt werden ob es sich um Konsolen Terminal Befehle, Programmiersprachen befehle, oder Produktnamen handelt. Die werden meistens mit englischen Namen angeboten auch wenn das Produkt in der Landessprache ist.

    Adobe Acrobat sollte eine Künstliche Intelligenz bekommen, die eigene Texte von eigens geschriebene Dokumenten oder Bücher oder gedownloadete PDF in bestmöglichen Ausdruck für jeden verständlich umbauen könnte in einen neuen Text mit Internet Quellen Prüfung.

    Adobe Acrobat sollte alle Fremdsprachen in die Muttersprache fehlerfrei übersetzen können und in allen Standard Sprachen und meist gesprochenen Sprachen übersetzen können mit Bildungsniveau und Alter.

    Schreibe ich als hoch studierter zum Beispiel einen Text den ein Kind oder Erwachsener ohne Fremdwortkenntnisse und normaler Bildung hat dann kann man der Künstlichen Intelligenz sagen. Schreib meine Doktorarbeit um so dass es ein Kind oder Mensch ohne höher Bildung versteht. Zur Not wenn es ein Einwanderer ist in seiner Sprache.

    Wenn man englische Computer Programmierbuecher in PDF hat und die übersetzen lässt in seiner Sprache sollte das Übersetzungsprogramm automatisch erkennen, das ist ein Befehl, ein Wort in einer Programmiersprache in Englisch. Das übersetze ich nicht. Alles andere übersetzte ich in die gewünschte Sprache im Original oder mit Künstlicher Intelligenz in ein pen neuen einzigartigen Text.

    Wenn Produkte sind die englische Begriffe beinhalten erkennt der Prüfer das auch. Okay ist ein englische oder anderes sprachiges Produkt. Das übersetze ich auch nicht.

    Zum Beispiel:

    Microsoft Windows = Fenster da ist jeder User irretierte
    Kommandobefehl Copy goto gosub Exit restart reboot Print Echo clear Screen dir Format....

    Viele Begriffe müssen in jeden Betriebsystem müssen in Englisch eingetragen werden auch wen die Benutzeroberfläche in anderer Sprache ist. Das muss ein Übersetzungsprogramm erkennen und sagen. Diese befehle und programmierbefehke sind bekannt und dürfen nicht übersetzt werden in einer anderen Sprache.

    Das Problem hat selbst Google translate. Übersetzungsprogrammen erkennen keine Produkte und keine Befehle weil der Algorithmus und Datenbank fehlt.

    Stell dir vor einer übersetzt den Text blind und Veröffentlicht ihn im www.

    Ein dümmer User der das nicht weiss. Gebe im terminal Ausgang statt Exit ein oder Neustart statt reboot.

    Der ärgert sich und sagt es funktioniert nicht. Was ist das für ein scheiss.

    Duke Nukem 3d Atomic edition.... Übersetzen das Mal ins deutsche oder day of the Tentacle und ein dummer User kopiert das deutsche Wort Verbindung nach Google und hat null Treffer.... Der das gelesen hat und kopiert hat und sagt sich Moment. das Produkt gibt es garnicht. Der verarscht mich.... Was der da geschrieben hat.

    Eine Suchmaschine die intelligent ist übersetzt die Wortreihenfolge zurück ins englische wenn er den Wortsatz eines Produktes in seiner Daten Bank findet und sucht dann. Ein Programm ist nur so intelligent wie der Mensch der das Programm programmiert hat.

    Ich habe in der 80er 90er 2000er schon Datenbanken mit Künstlicher Intelligenz geschrieben und Direktsuche über das Internet mit Visual Basic, c++, Java, Assembler, Basic, Pascal, Binärcode, also mir kann man nichts vormachen

    Ein intelligenter terminal und Konsole der Linguistik und Rechtschreibung versteht sowie Übersetzung.

    Du schreibst in deiner Sprache zum Beispiel deutsch Ausgang in den terminal und der terminal erkennt das. Okay dann übersetzen ich das ins englische und er meint Exit. Ich schließe auf Userwunsch den terminal.

    Selbst t9 macht viele Fehler siehe diesen Kommentar mit dem Tablet geschrieben. T9 Autovervollständigung ändert nur ein Wort eventuell aber nicht im Zusammenhang mit den Text mit Absicht die Fehler drin gelassen. Weil t9 Autovervollständigung ist auch von programmierern geschrieben und die denken auch nicht weit genug oder Tippfehler ähnliches wort suchen Funktioniert auch nicht immer. Siehe Text.

16. Recommend ability to rotate a page by a user designated number of degrees (NOT just 90 degrees).

    I recommend a feature that allows the user to rotate a page by any number of degrees (NOT just 90 degrees). This is a common feature in other applications like file explorer and many third party apps. After scanning a document, some pages are skewed. After applying Scan and OCR, and Edit PDF, both of which align pages by text, I still have a page or two that are a few degrees off. I just spent an hour with your chat trying to fix this in one of my files but we discovered acrobat pro does not have this feature. We DID discover you have this capability in preflight, but it is a long, complicated, non-intuitive 11 step process to fix from there. I have been scanning a LOT of paper files recently, over 3,000 files, and within these files, I have perhaps 400 files with a skewed page or two even after using SCAN and OCR and Edit PDF. So a manual feature to force rotation by a few degrees, set by the user, would be very very helpful. I have attached a file to provide an example. You will see pages 1, 11, and 17 all are off proper alignment by a few degrees. I have already applied SCAN and OCR and Edit PDF to this file and these features fixed a lot of other pages...but not these three pages. May I recommend you use the code in preflight and add this feature into acrobat pro, in an easy to use process that is intuitive, like many of your other features, to use. Please help so I can store pdf files with properly aligned pages. Thank you!

17. Highlight and Adding Text workflow is cumbersome

    I often highlight and add text to PDFs. The current workflow is cumbersome, especially when I need to switch from one feature to other.

    Given that it's a premium product, I find that there are just so many unnecessary toolbar options visible while the tools I need often require multiple clicks and cumbersome navigation.

    I often find myself hiding all toolbars left, top and right. Worst part is app doesn't remember my settings so I have to hide these toolbars everytime.

    Would be nice to have a student mode which provides a light mode version, allowing highlighting and adding/deleting text.

18. fill and sign not showing hints

    Our user is using Adobe Acrobat Pro, she said after she updated to the latest version (2023.001.21043), the fill&sign cannot show latest hints any more, the text typed before update can still show in the hints, but after updated, the new typed text cannot store in the hints record.

    We already tried to reinstall the Adobe Cloud and Adobe Acrobat, but the same problem presist

    We already checked in the settings, the auto complete/auto-fill inside the table option (not sure the english name, I just transalted it) is enabled
    We are using traditional chinese version

    Can you provide support on this?

19. Redact tool removing other unselected text

    Redact tool is removing all lowercase letters 'i' and 'L' from my document (and possibly some 't'), as well as adding the black boxes to redact text.

20. Highlighter tool needs major improvement

    The highlighter tool is horrible. Sometimes it recognizes text, sometimes it doesn't. I personally want to be able to freehand highlight whenever I want, and be able to switch to text highlight if i decide to. Instead, it just chooses for me and there is no way to fix it. In the google chrome extension it works, theres an option, but on the actual desktop app there is no option. That is insane and ridiculous.
