  1. sequential numbering of comments and edits

    Hi,

    It would be helpful to sequentially number the comments and the edits as these could be easily referred. This would be more useful if there are too many edits/comments in a single page.

    Also, when searching for word(s), the search tool searches again for all the previously searched terms on a page and then migrates to the next page. Suggest avoiding the previously searched words on a page.

  2. Track changes/modifications to a PDF file

    Compliance wants us to track changes to a PDF file. You think this would be a simple request, like using versions in Word, but no, I was shocked to find this option is not available in Acrobat Pro. It is in PDF Exchange though...

  4. “Delete Pages After Extracting” Freezes Document in Organize Pages Tool

    When using the Organize Pages tool in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC to extract pages from a PDF file, the application freezes if I select the option “Delete pages after extracting”. This behavior occurs consistently across multiple PDF files, regardless of their size or complexity. The document freezes and becomes unresponsive. The extracted pages are not saved, and the application must be force-closed.

  6. Hard To Use Program

    This program is extremely hard to use. I'm not tech illiterate by any means but I've had such a trial of figuring out how to use this program... I was nearly brought to tears just trying to delete an X from a line in a form. I eventually had to write over it with another X but in white.... a very janky solution for a platform that's presumably meant for PDF editing. I don't know what you can do to solve this problem but I am not eager to use Adobe Acrobat again.

  7. Prepare a Form - Shapes, Lines, or Containers Please

    Add the option to have the entry field under-lined...just the underline - not a box. Add the option to draw a line or insert a shaded rectangle behind a group of fields in Acrobat without defining them as "art" or "pictures" and requiring me to edit their dimensions in another application. You must still have the code for these features, since they were in LiveCycle Designer - their purpose is to improve the form filling user's understanding of different sections on a form.

  8. Add Bookmarks to toolbar

    Using the Bookmarks tool needs to be added to the "Tools" menu - it is a crucial tool to have available immediately rather than having to use the search bar to find the Bookmarks tool. Secondly, Bookmarks should be available to add to the toolbar much like "Fill, Sign & Track." I use Bookmarks almost every day and having to search for it is ridiculous. Remove the "Measure" tool and replace it with "Bookmarks." Please!

    this is a critique. I don't like the change that converts the highlighter back to select text every time I highlight something. if it could be reverted back to the original functionality, myself and many others would greatly appreciate it.

  12. When adding text to document using 'type text ' the software gets hang, happens all the time and with every document.

    Please fix the wonky acrobat features to make typing text onto a document actually work.

  13. Superslow since Windows Update 24H2 (OS Build26100.2033)

    I takes over 30 Seconds to open a simple PDF. It makes me feel like we are back in the 80's.
    I can't belive that no one on your side is testing this stuff properly. Uninstalled and reinstalled the whole thing. Nothing but frustrations.

    Please display a rotate LEFT button. Now there is only a rotate RIGHT button, which is inefficient if all you want to do is rotate once to the left.

  19. Restore importing of image without this Adobe Express

    This new import image with the Adobe Express is not working. I am unable to resize an image on the pdf, now I have to edit image in Adobe Express. Additionally, when I shrink an image in Adobe Express the quality of the image deteriorates. Fix or revert back to old add image.
    This adding image is basically unusable, will need to replace adobe with another pdf software.

  20. Adobe Acrobat crashes when reducing file size

    I suddenly began to realize that this ERROR happen EVERY time i reduce my PDF file´s size. AA use to work fine until i try to reduce size; it just crash and close immediately, no advertise or error message. Once i restart program it works normally (no notice about any ERROR).
    This ERROR has been going on for a month to this point (maybe is related to my last Macbook´s update -june 2024)
