  1. text missing while Printing on Mac

    I'm using a Mac OS, when I try to print some pdf with Adobe Acrobat, some Chinese characters become empty.
    I have contacted with adobe agent, they cannot fix this well, they want to me to print as an image, but I don't think it's a solution. I can print well before.
    I don't know why I cannot upload the screenshot, it shows "could not identify image size"

  2. Please make “Print in grayscale (black and white)” work

    Please make “Print in grayscale (black and white)” work in the next continuous release version of Adobe Acrobat for 64-bit computers.

    The fact that it does not work now has wasted a lot of precious color ink for a lot of people. Perhaps enough to add up to a class action lawsuit. Or Adobe could maybe head that off by proactively sending $1.00 checks to all currently registered users.

  3. Desktop App Keeps Crashing When Pressing Print Icon

    Every time I try and press the print icon when I have a PDF open that I want to print the app crashes.
    I have tried deleting and re-installing the app and that hasn't helped either.

  4. Print Setting - Custom Scale - Bug Report

    custom scale is not properly centering the scaled document in the latest acrobat reader update. Custom scale is positioning the scaled document into the upper top left and left side; and truncating the upper left top and side. Applies to print to file as well as physical printer.

  5. macOS15.0(Sequoia)とAcrobat Pro 2024.003.20121の組み合わせでプリンターが選択できない

    PSドライバーがインストールされている状態で、macOS13.4→macOS15.0にバージョンアップを実施。
    AcobatProからプリントしようとすると以下の現象が発生する。
    ①プリント画面でページ設定を開くと、対象プリンターに「任意のプリンター」しか表示されない
    ②「任意のプリンター」でも印刷はできるが、何度か繰り返すとAcrobatがエラー終了する(「予期しない理由で終了しました」と表示される)

  6. Aptos Fonts

    Converting or printing saved locally email messages to .PDF produces an error log file and cannot create or print to PDF format because it is looking for an "APTOS" font. Can Adobe add these fonts as an enhancement to the product?

  7. Acrobat DC print as Actual Size default selection

    Request to Default selection as “Actual Size" as a constant selection where any time the [CTRL+P] is selected the user is not required to select or confirm the setting. The user is currently required to confirm as another setting remains based on the last print job. To have a default to Print as "Actual Size" is used almost all the time in the enterprise.

  8. print in grayscale

    The "print in grayscale" button does not work on Adobe Acrobat Pro. I didn't have an issue with it printing in grayscale until I upgraded.

    When I click the option, the file still prints in color and I have wasted so much ink doing this. You can click properties and select black/grayscale to circumvent this issue, but it's unnecessary when the button works fine for the free version.

    My Adobe is up to date, I have uninstalled and reinstalled and the issue persists. I've found comments on previous threads from years ago saying they have the same issue.

  9. Bulk Print to Adobe PDF with Options to Print as Image

    Can Adobe provide a bulk "Print to Adobe PDF printer" tool with the option to enable "Print as Image" I support a law firm that is currently dealing with 3rd party PDF Producers that do not combine correctly (missing font/text) in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. This is due to the fact that not all PDFs on the internet are created using Adobe.   11. Adobe print bug?

    I can no longer print to a printer from a file that was scanned to a PDF with a Canon scanner. THis process has worked flawlessly before today. But now, the print function in Adobe always selects the print to file even though the printer is selected in the WIndows 10 printing dialogue. Help!

  12. Printing problems in new version

    The new version is really horrible (removing the snapshot tool - the most useful tool in the whole program - great idea guys - and the "Disable New Acrobat Reader line DOESN'T EVEN WORK!), but one especially bad feature is that the new version sets the printer to use the lightest possible ink density. The resulting prints are so light they are almost unreadable. I've compared printed copies of the same document printed from the old and new versions of acrobat and it's definitely the new version at fault.   13. Tools appear overtop the print window

    Whenever I go to print a PDF there is a 50% chance that the editing tools appear overtop of the print window.

    OS: Windows 11 Pro
    Screen resolution: 1920x1080
    Windows UI Scale: 100%
    Computer: Dell XPS 13 2-in-1
    Processor: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1250U 1.10 GHz (integrate graphics)

  14. Printing pages dialogue improvements needed

    When trying to print "page 1," something in this document coding was awry. It would print the very first page, but not the second one which was labeled p 1. The printing function seemed to go by the pages marked on the page. If I put page 2, it selects what is essential page 3, but labeled page 2. I had to use "current page" to get the 2nd page labeled p. 1 to print if I wasn't printing the whole document.

    30 page document. Zoom into a table on a page.
    Select Print | More options | Current view .... can't - its greyed out???!

    This document is well over 10 years old, and has never caused an issue with all prior versions of reader. Does improving the software mean a reduction in capability and a marked increase in advertising guff in Adobe language?

    Disabled new Adobe.
    Opened document.
    Printed view as expected, no issues.

    Regression test the rubbish you write and don't release it to your customers until it is at least as stable as what you replace.

  16. Issues with Print to PDF

    I work at a place that uses Adobe Acrobat Pro for all our documents all day long. We are constantly filling out the text boxes on our forms and then printing and restricting our printed docs. Ever since the last few updates this process has gotten more and more buggy to the point where it's halted out daily operations a few times and we've had to figure out a workaround.   17. Printing Multiple PDF's Not Working 24.002.20895

    Printing Multiple PDF's does not work. On latest Acrobat Version 24.002.20895. Have tested using several different computers/documents.
    When in windows file explorer, if you select several PDF's (4 or 5) and then right-click, and select "Print". Only 1 document will print.
    Have checked the printer's Job list, and Windows Print Queue. Only 1 document is sent to printer.

    Hello. I would like to print a pdf file as a poster. But i don't know why, today I can't select this option inside printing window. I decided to delete adobe reader and download again, 3 times. The same issue. Do you have any idea. Thank you.

  20. Typo After Printing with Toner Saver

    It's nothing huge, but when you finish sending the print job to the printer with the Save Ink/Toner setting, a prompt pops up and says, "saved upto 15%" instead of Up to 15%. The words are just squished together. I forgot to take a screenshot though.
