  1. Would like for it to be customizable to allow for us to set as a default for all signors to sign in any order. Do not want to change this setting each time.

  2. I mistakenly created a signature document which is now saved under my account. It's my fault for overlooking how I did this, but nonetheless, I should be able to delete this document.

    I've been told that this is not possible. The document can be hidden, it can be archived on Adobe servers, but neither of these options are adequate. I want the document purged and there should be an option for the user to do so.

    I was told that earlier versions of Adobe Sign allowed this, then the function was removed for security purposes. I think this needs to…

  3. Zebra has many internal documents that have been transitioned to Adobe Sign for approvals. What we have encountered is that these documents have a table of contents that contains links to specific sections of the document. Going through the signature process the documents are "flattened" and the links no longer work. This is causing quite a problem since this did not happen before switching to using Adobe Sign. Right now we have a repository where 39 documents have working links and 6 do not. This request has come from our CISO. If more information is required, please contact me.

  6. Adobe Sign advanced mode:

    What I'd like to be able to do:
    Drag a field into place so that the left side of the field is aligned with the underlying document, EVEN if the right side of the field is hanging off the edge. I would then resize the field so that the whole field is on the page.

    What it does now:
    If any part of the field you are dragging into place is not on the pdf page, Acrobat Pro DC will not let you 'drop' it there.

    The problem:
    It turns what should be two steps into…

  7. Adobe Sign has transaction limits (https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-sign/adobe-sign-transaction-limits/td-p/10892151?page=1). Currently, other than manually counting your transactions, there isn't a way to track the number of transactions you've completed and thus, no way within Adobe to know how many transactions you have remaining for the year. Please consider adding this so that users can easily see how many transactions they've completed and how many they have remaining.

  8. Integration with Zapier.

    We currently use Adobe Sign to send our application to applicants, with a signature request. It does take a few moments to set things up for this to be sent. It would be a great time saver if we could set up a zap in Zapier to automatically send this document with the signature request and the email already filled out.

  9. As a user, I create and prepare a document to be sent at a later date. It appears that, currently, you can only create reminders once they are sent. I would like the ability to also create reminders to send documents that includes notifications that are past due.

  10. When sending to multiple signers, it would be nice to have an option where you can hide the email address from other signers. For example, sometimes I have to send to a personal email address, but I don't want the other signers to see that email address. Also, I am unsure if the signers also get a copy of the Audit Report (that is usually attached to the document for the sender). I hope they don't get the audit report, because that report lists all the email addresses it was sent to.

  11. Good afternoon,

    The version I am utilizing is Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. Currently, requesting signature on a password protected document is not a supported feature. The password security settings must be removed in order to send documents for signature. This is a feature we would like to see as we would like our formatting locked to internal users, while still allowing these users the ability to fill in information and send for signature.

  13. Creators should have the ability to work with a PDF after it is signed. For instance, we should be able to add an additional signature or signer. Another example, if a fully executed agreement is to be terminated, I would like to be able to combine a PDF of the letter terminating the agreement with a copy of the signed agreement. I am unable to do that now, due to the security settings on the signed PDF.

  14. My team of 4 uses Adobe sign and send. The thing is that we all have our "own" page to track signatures. Is there a way where we can all SHARE a page to keep track of needed signatures as a team? As a team leader, having to follow up with everyone else individually adds an unnecessary layer of complexity to my job. If I could see our "team" page, it'd be so much easier.

  15. Steps to reproduce:
    1. First I will make a PDF doc from a word doc.
    2. So I now have a PDF file and I will sign it digitally using a digital certificate starting from the Certificates button from the right tool bar.
    3. After the PDF document is signed I will push the Adobe Sign/Request Signatures button and instead of opening the screen where to input the e-mail address of the person I ask the signature from it displays the message in the attached picture.

    If I use the web version of Adobe DC for the same document digitally…

  18. Simplify your electronic signature solution to work like Docu-Sign. I'm forced to download a 300MB file and provided with trial periods and other product features. I just want to sign a document that's been sent to me and not spend the next 10 mins trying to figure out how to navigate your site.

  19. The sender doesn't know who will sign as witnesses to the signer's signature, hence they can't be added as recipients. It would be great if the recipient could, in turn, send the document off for one to town witnesses to sign, a requirement for many legal documents.

  20. My ADobe Sign tool button disappeared - I had to chat online with tech support - she had me sign out and back in - still no Adobe Sign button but I saw a new button Request Signature (which is now Adobe Sign) but now every time I close out of a PDF I can't see either tool anymore - I have to sign out and back in again to see the Request for Signature. what is going on?
