  1. I have had a number of issues where the third or fourth person allocated to sign an agreement have left and their emails are not accessible.
    I propose an option that the initiator of a document be permitted to change details of a party to sign without having to cancel the entire agreement and redo it, especially as this requires the first few to have to redo the agreement, and in some cases they are onerous to have to complete many fields again.

  2. The sign tool in Acrobat used to have helpful tools... the ability to write text, paste a checkmark, write the date, all the things needed to sign a document. Now it just gives me a ****** signature? Why has this functionality been removed?

  4. I have a small business that performs in-home services to people in need and Medicaid is the payor for the services.

    Due to the 2016 Cures Act, all companies who provide Medicaid-paid services in homes must comply with Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) requirements in order to receive payment for services billed.

    Currently, Adobe Sign meets all the requirements for business to use as their EVV solution EXCEPT "the location of of where the service is offered."

    If Adobe could add an optional requirement to catch the location of a signature (e.g., GPS coordinates or IP Address) then the problem could…

  5. When creating a template or otherwise sending a document, form fields should auto "snap to grid" in any document that has lines on it similar to Acrobat DC auto form create. It's frustrating to go into this platform after using Acrobat DC and realizing it will now take about an hour to re-create the same form that took 2 minutes in Acrobat DC.

  6. You should be able to set up reminders for documents you send out for signatures within the app, right after sending the document, like you are able to do in the browser.

  7. Be able to change the timezone of the Final Audit Report in Adobe Sign so that it matches the timezone of the signature.
    It is confusing when the audit report has a different day than the signature page because the timezones don't match.

  9. Hello, when sending a document to multiple people, if you want the document to be sent to both signers at once you need to toggle "send in any order"
    is there a way to set a setting in the account to always send to all people without having to manually select that. its pretty annoying and we always forget and then the second person has to wait until the first person signs before even receiving an email requesting signatures.

  10. Created a Word docx and clicked "Create and Share Adobe PDF." Unable to enter password (box automatically greys out and cannot type). Cancelling provokes this error code: 2148073488. This is a recurring issue every time I use "Create and Share Adobe PDF" and try to digitally sign using a work certificate. Workaround has been closing and reopening the PDF to sign. Please address.

  11. For speed and efficiency, the ability to;

    i) save form field layouts from one document as templates that can be overlaid onto any other document (and still then save-able as a document template).

    and/or;

    ii) the ability to replace the original document underneath form fields (i.e. upload an up to date PDF to replace existing) in 'Edit Template'.

  12. When on-boarding new customers, it is required to receive backing data for identification purposes as part of anti-money laundering requirements. Currently, this is not allowable via the Adobe Sign service when requiring a form to have a signature. It would be extremely useful for this to be available within the financial services sector and I am sure many other service organisations. Should you require further clarity, I am more than happy to assist.

  13. A back button (while saving your changes) would be so helpful! There have been instances on a document where I forgot to add two signers and have to start completely fresh after adding all the signature spots! OR if you miss the step of adding a password at the beginning step, you have to start all over again!

  15. While Preparing form When Fields are inserted and signature is assigned to signer, signer 1 and signer 2 then while previewing on requesting signature signer and signer 1 becomes same. If there is no difference between those two then why it is even there. Moreover there is no option of sender in Adobe sign while it is present in fields setting to assign to sender. This is a bug

  16. Please provide a way to keep count of the number of Transactions done. As of right now, we have to actually go through and count every single one of my completed agreements/transactions to find out how many I have so far; as to not exceed my 150 transaction limit.

  17. All acrobat signing features were disabled on my Acrobat Pro DC, I have looked for a solution online, followed multiple suggestions but nothing worked, today a support agent was able to solve the issue after multiple trials, he was able solve it by simply changing the language to English US.

  18. i have signed a PDF document in Acrobat. It was save in the app itself and i can't delete it. it is a P&C document and it is not making sense that user can't remove the agreement

    it is not safe to use adobe acrobat to sign an important document.
    i talked to the customer supoort and was told it is impossible to remove it.

    the only way is to hide it which is kinda ridiculous.

    please help and improve.

  19. I run a fmaily business. I frequently need to sign PDF contracts with multiple signatures and initials. It would be extremely valuable to be able to store multiple signatures (for us, at least 4) and multiple initials in the Fill & Sign stored signature area.

  20. The latest version of Adobe Pro DC that has a separate button on the rhs tool bar for "Request signature" stops progressing to "specify where to sign" at 72%.

    I have removed and re-installed the program and and cleared my browser cookies but it still sticks at 72%.

    I'm running Windows Pro Version KB000802

    Any other idea's???
