    We would like to request a new feature for Adobe Acrobat Pro and all Adobe app licenses. Specifically, we are requesting the ability to monitor:

    User sign-in logs

    License utilization status across Adobe licensed products

    Having these features available in the Adobe Admin Console will greatly help us in monitoring usage and optimizing license allocation, which in turn will support cost management and better license utilization across the organization.

  2. Permit simultaneous assignment of multiple fields to signor email addesses.

    Am I the only person who feels that Acrobat's “Request e-signatures” tool is useful only for securing signatures and nothing more?

    I have a form created to request e-signatures from six people. A row of nine checks boxes is positioned adjacent right of each signature field, representing each hour, 8:00AM through 4:00PM. The purpose is to determine times on a given date when everyone will be available to schedule a meeting.   3. Description: We've received feedback from our Users stating that they cannot edit recipients during signature process once they move to the Add fields and Preview section. Users are then forced to close the window and launch the signature process again to have access to the recipient's section. If there's a typo on the email, or if additional people need to be added as CC, they are not able to make the necessary corrections/additions.
    Note: This is BEFORE clicking the SEND button, in other words while preparing the document to send.

  4. When I send some documents to my clients for numeric signing, they receive an email with 2 languages (half in French / half in English) ; next, when they click on the email to proceed to sign the document, the interface is too in half-french / half-english.

  8. In the Conga CLM environment we have to "x out" of the Adobe window to get back to the Agreement Record. We would like an action button that closes the Adobe window and returns the user to the Agreement Record. We had this until the last upgrade in April 2025.

  10. When requesting an email signature from a fillable form, some of the fields are blank when they get to the screen to send for signature (see attached screenshots). This just started happening in the past month or so. Work around it to save the file and then send it as an attachment to get the signature.

  13. Recently when I've been sending documents for signature, the documents have been renamed 'IMPORTANT INFORMATION'. Please fix this asap. This can look like a phishing email on the receiver's end.

  14. I spent a all morning editing a form with loads of form fields and Adobe just said time out and all work lost!!! Unacceptable! At least save it or restore it. Now I have to start the whole **** process OVER.

After recently upgrading to latest Sequoia and Safari, when trying to send documents through Adobe Sign for signature I am unable to complete the Adobe Sign account login steps, it keeps bouncing me back to the final "Select your user profile" screen (which only appears after the correct user ID and password have been accepted). This did not occur with Safari under my previous MacOS (Ventura), and more importantly using the same Adobe Sign login credentials still works perfectly through Google Chrome. The problem is definitely Safari-specific, but I would prefer to keep using Safari as it's my default browser.…

  16. I use Adobe to create forms for our business and to send estimates to clients. Recently, every time I sent a form to a client to sign, it sends an old version of the document to the client. The only way to even tell that this is happening is to view the PDF version that it sends to my own email. This has caused many problems with my business lately. In the view agreements section where you can view all agreements you have sent out for e-sign - rather than showing us the sender (I already know I am the sender BTW, I'm signed into my account) there needs to be a column to show the receiver, this would be a million times more useful to me!!

  18. I would request you to please remove the option email, time and date from the signature field on the new experience as it is confusing for a customer who does not have the information that it only works with the well formatted signature setting enabled.

  20. We send contracts to our customers for signing via Adobe Sign. They receive emails from us asking them to open and sign the contract. The text contained in the email is automatically generated by Adobe.

    In German, the formal form of address is “Sie”, but in the text the customer is sometimes addressed as “Sie” and then again with the casual “du”. Please see the screenshot, where I have marked it in yellow.
    We would like our customers to be addressed uniformly with “Sie” in the automatic text.
