Creative Cloud
Low internet connections compromise the efficient use of applications. Can you allow a connection to CC each time we open applications to approve our user licenses and then log off to work offline? I'm experiencing fixed bugs between InDesign and Acrobat DC 2019 when exporting to PDF from InDesign and abnormal work delays in InDesign. Uninstalling applications and reinstalling them as suggested by your customer service does not change the problem. This suggestion is a waste of time.

Sign in issues
Hi, I'm sorry if this section is intended for new ideas or requests but signing in to my adobe account is very frustrating and I have to sign in to my company account every now and then if I need to edit or sign a PDF document, please advise/support.

Remove 5mb transaction limit for SharePoint
Please remove the transaction limit for SharePoint. Documents that have to be signed often are larger than 5mb and we don't want to place the documents outside of SharePoint, because that is our single storage point.

Format of document cloud
Document cloud format update
This week Adobe updated many features of Adobe Acrobat Pro but actually made this feature worse. Previously the documents were categorised in to out for signature, signed and cancelled. Now their all mixed up and I don't like it. Someone please contact me with instructions on how to use the old format.

Certifying pdf's over network fails with disk space error
When trying to apply a certificate and save a pdf on a network drive, I'm presented with:
]
The document could not be saved. The disk you were saving to or the disk used for temporary files is full. Free some space on this disk and try again, or save to a different disk.I am using Acrobat Pro, I saw on some forums the solution was to disable "Enable protected mode on startup" but this seems to be an Acrobat reader option.
I have full access to the network drive, there is plenty of space both locally and on…

Ability to reject a single page of a multi-page document
I often send checks for signature or invoices for approval, and it is typically in a batch. As of now, the user either has to sign all the pages, or has to reject the document signing none. Sometimes an approver/signer will reject one invoice for payment and therefore not want to sign a check. It would be great if they could skip that page, or reject a single signature rather than having to resend the files without that particular page.

2nd signature routinely denied access to file
When sending documents for signature, with 2 signers completed in a particular order, the 2nd signature receives an email that the document is ready to be signed, but then when she goes into it she tells me that she is denied access.
If I go in and send her a "reminder" to the document - she is able to go in and sign. So I typically have to send a reminder every time I know a document is being forwarded.

Adobe DC - Send for Signature - Complete in Any Order
Is there a reason why Adobe Acrobat DC "Send for Signature" tool does not provide the capability of sending signatures completed in any order? Currently, it only allows completion in order. The "Complete in any order" is only available in the Adobe Sign/Document Cloud side, but not directly on the Adobe Acrobat DC side. Strange - this appears to be an oversight that should be corrected.

digital signature bug coding probem
Issue with Distinguished name having extra charterers in it. looks like the coding was added to the string as well.

Open the Fill & Sign tab often takes ages to load...
As the title suggests, this is an annoying problem.

AdobeSign does not allow Times Roman font to be used
I have multiple fonts used throughout a legal document, but when I convert to Adobe Sign, the fonts in the Forms are converted to Arial, when it was originally Times Roman. I contacted support, but they were unable to help with this!?! Can we get this updated so standard font types are compatible with Adobe Sign???

Allow Image Field in forms Sent for Signature
Issue: When preparing a form to send for signature, Image Field is an allowable field, and looks/works just fine in the preview. But during the step of upload/document processing (for signature), the image field is stripped out with no warning message or alert that the form you are about to send to your recipient for signature has been changed.
Enhancement rationale: Images are often a necessary component of prepared forms (need photo ID for an employment application, perhaps a pet photo for tenant screening, a voided check for ACH initiation, etc.). These forms require both images AND signatures.
So Adobe's…
