1. lousy conversion, really

   hi, how can it be that the conversion of the pdfs result in such a lousy incomplete result

   it is in page two corrupted
   this is not worth the fee of >20€ per year, I'm heavily disappointed

3. useless conversion from PDF to Excel

   I am not happy with the results ! When I convert an inventory list from a PDF to an excel sheet The individual pages of the excel sheet are formatted differently. I do not see the use of this product at all.

4. bad service

   I have paid in full for an entire year. Whenever I try edit or convert PDF to either word or excel format I am always redirected to a new payment option.

   Not only is this extremely frustrating but time consuming and is deliberately misleading customers.

   I paid for a year and expect the service you offered for that payment not half way through I am block from access and you want to extort more money out of me.

   Kindly provide me with the correct link with editing and converting facilities for I have paid for as current system wont allow me

5. No funciona mi suscripción

   Buenos días. Tengo contratado Adobe Acrobat Export PDF, pero no puedo ejecutarlo ya que cada vez que lo intento lanzar, me pide suscribirme y cuando así lo he hecho para comprobar si por ahí se resuelve, me indica que ya lo tengo contratado. Por lo tanto no puedo ejecutarlo.

6. Problem when export pdf file

   Hello, I've a problem, current I can't export Pdf file on Document cloud of Adobe when I want to convert .png or .jpg to PDF. I tried many times but I received a notification, that's " Unable to process ". Could you help me sort out this problem, please?

7. Function not available

   I signed up and paid for the ability to convert PDFs in to other document formats. I was able to do that when I signed up on Tuesday of this week. And now it is Thursday of the same week and suddenly I can no longer export documents and save them as something other than a PDF. I need you to cancel my subscription if I can't do what I originally bought this ability to do.

15. How do you convert a .pdf to a docx. It is not obvious from pdf.cloud.

    Ugh!!!!! I am in .pdf services. I cannot convert my .pdf to a docx. Uploaded the file. I clicked on export. I keep getting these windows that say add more. What is the problem. I thought this was supposed to be easy.

18. Downloading compressed PDF bug

    When we choose to download PDF compressed it thinks for a minute then says Error, it's already compressed. (it isn't) Just need this function to work.
