Web and desktop app work flow difference
When I send agreement for e-sign on the Web app, I am prompted to prefill the form before sending. While the desktop app does not allow me to prefill.
It is confusing sometimes. And will be great if I can also prefill on the desktop app.1 vote -

problem getting Adobe reader
I am just trying to go back to just using the Adobe Reader, but the system has be lock into an upgrade loop that keeps changing prices and will not let me just use the reader. Very frustrating and make me want to find another program completely.

I am a 60 y.o. human, my eyesigh is deteriorating and it impossible to for me to read a pdf or word from in my phone and when I have to read the part that says that I read it. Every pdf and word for I have to conver to epub in order to read.

VERY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE
I just signed a document and clicked on the "you can download..." Instead of the document, I am redirected to your "Hi Nora" page. VERY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE... This never happened to me with the other platforms that offer similar services such as DOCUSIGN... Hope you will be able to fix this asap.

Stop app hanging! PLEASE!
PLEASE stop Acrobat PRO DC and PhotoShop from hanging everytime I launch the programs. This never happened earlier. Now I have to launch, quit (before it hangs) and repeat several times (like a warm up) before I use either app.

AI Assitant
Ai Assistant was a big reason I upgraded. I wasn't expecting that the AI could only analyze 120 pages, but was glad to see that I can extract 120 pages into separate files and have the assistant function. It seems slow at first to start but after the initial start it is relatively quick with responses. When will it be able to analyze larger PDFs?

Autosplit Plugin gone?
I had Acrobat DC, it had an autosplit function, your so called Improvements have removed this function, I split one PDF into multiple documents by a string of matching text, now we can no longer do this, any suggestions for a solution, there is no support for your expensive product!

issue with highlighting
Recently Microsoft has been first converting all pdfs to their version of PDFs in Windows. I set up the default to only use Adobe and now I can't highlight because the cursor is paragraphs long. Is there away to format the text or highlighter? It is rendering the PDFs for me as useless.
