Update is Not Good
Whatever update you all just did, it won't let me minimize the screen. It won't open the PDF's without delay or at all. It is very glitchy. Co-workers are experiencing same issues.

Online version - can't save
I use the browser version because the Desktop version doesn't seem to cope with fonts, but on my browser version, after editing a document, I have no idea how to 'save' or 'close' the document. Please help.

Seriously, enough with the constant "upgrades"
Why do you keep changing the way this program works? I feel like it has been changed 3 or 4 times now in the past few years. Why are you making your users constantly re-learn how to set up documents? This is contrary to every principle of UX design, it puts too great a burden on users to have to constantly figure out how to set up documents because you ******* decided to **** with the layout and process to set up a simple ******* document. Leider lässt sich das synchronisieren von Einstellungen nicht aktivieren. Wenn man den Haken setzt und auf OK geht, wird die Einstellung nicht gespeichert.

Compression issue
I mean it's great you have this site because Acrobat compression literally does nothing, but why does it offer me a much smaller file size to download and then say "The file is already compressed"?

Stop trying to sell me your products
Adobe, would you stop trying to sell me your ****. We already pay for some of your services. I have no control over purchasing your products. Every time I log in to adobe, use the help or google something. I'm looking for help using your products and all I can find are ads trying to sell me on another (or the same) adobe program.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren.
Leider habe ich keinen anderen Weg zur Kontaktaufnahme gefunden und bin darauf angewiesen, daß Sie hierauf reagieren.
Bei mir tauchen "*.nef.$.jpg" Dateien in allen Ordnern auf, die Nikon-Rohdateien = nef-Dateien enthalten.
Wenn Sie die angehängte Datei mit einem Texteditor öffnen, können Sie im header der Datei erkennen, daß Sie sich mehrfach mit "adobe.com" eingetragen haben.
Können Sie bitte mitteilen, welches meiner vielen adobe-Programme diese Dateien erzeugt, damit ich dieses deinstallieren kann. Beziehungsweise mir mitteilen in welchem Programm mit welchem Parameter diese Dateien nicht mehr erzeugt werden?

Please find the Crop tool following the next steps:
- In the home page
- Over over the "Edit" option from the fly out menu on the top header
- Under the title "Edit a PDF" select the option "Edit text & images"
- Upload a file
- On the left hand panel, under "Other options" you will find the crop tool

Complaint
Do not describe PDF to Word converter as "Free" when you in actuality require a subscription. This is why adobe is trash.
