For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. This file compression is way off base. What the heck happened to the first bit of it??? Completely unusable. The rest is fine.

  2. You should make very easy to find the download area to get the setup files. It's unbelievable how you guys make hard to download the software and install it on desktop. I will not speak about offline installation. It's ridiculous!

  3. You should fix your whole system, it doesn't work at all! I cant edit my document, I can't download or save my document, this is trash!
    I'm not sure if your making it so only people who have Adobe Acrobat pro can do anything, but I know I'm NEVER using Adobe Acrobat again and I'M NOT BUYING PRO!

  4. The new view is very difficult to follow and understand. I am no longer able to search for agreements by name or email address. This is creating difficulties for me finding my agreements in a timely manner.

  5. Users should have a direct communication channel with the Support Team for urgent questions when using the Products. The new version PRO DC throws a number of questions
    Also the Enterprise version log-in prevents the individual user to get in touch thru' chat.

  6. The single sign on on the login page to Docusign and Adobe Sign seems to have problems. I constantly run into issue that I'm able to login using Google Auth, but on the Adobe Sign page I get attached errors.
    This happens multiple times when I use Adobe Sign and it started to get really annoying and considering switching to a different service.

  7. Every time I open this webpage I have to click on "documents" and then "in process" to view my outstanding forms. Why can't it remember my preferred configuration and hold that page view?

  8. Allow a single document, such as a Conflict of Interest form, to be sent to multiple recipients, but each recipient signs their own, individual form that is returned to the sender. So, if I send the Conflict of Interest form to 25 board members, I get back 25 emails, one from each board member, with the signed form; I end up with 25 individual signed Conflict of Interest forms.

  9. when I open a scanned pdf I want the option of changing its name rather than going through the process of opening it to see what it is then having to close it again before I can change its name. I want to be able to download a batch of scanned pdfs not to combine them but to choose a batch of pdfs and download them as separate pdf files

  10. I don't have access to most of the account settings I was expecting to see, such as Global Settings and Data Governance. I only have "Personal Preferences" "Account settings" (which is limited to 3 drop down items) and "Privacy". Is this limited for my paid subscription since I don't have the enterprise version? If so, this wasn't made clear to me before I subscribed. Confused and frustrated.

  12. By actually telling the truth if something is free or not. Going to compress my files with a truly free program. Not everyone has a bunch of money to spend on software. Adobe products are not affordable whatsoever...

  14. I was on the support chat for 110 minutes to accomplish only the following:
    1) Why can't I prepare web forms?
    2) You don't have the right license
    3) What license do I need? ....
    4) send me to several support folks
    5) finally get to sales
    6) Oh wait you need business sales
    7) Finally purchase the license.
    8) now we need to send you to someone in cancellation
    9) Well I can't cancel the license without your primary admin emailing us.
    10) Who's that? We have two system admins, including me. Shouldn't I be able to do this?…

  17. Hi - I have a new Surface Pro X Professional. When will the desktop version of Adobe work on this system? I have a great deal of use for Acrobat Pro desktop - but obviously cannot use it right now.

  18. I tried to compress a file on your "free" cloud system. It disappears.
    Fine I'll get an account, upload, wait.
    Insert an ad about how great your product is.
    File is corrupted.

  20. Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
    hier muss ein Fehler vorliege -
    ich habe mein Probeabo fristgemäß gekündigt uns nun trotzdem zwei Rechnungen erhalten.
    Nur zufällig habe ich gerade gesehen, dass trotz der Kündigung das Abo verlängert wurde und habe daraufhin erneut gekündigt.

    Ich bitte um eine Rückerstattung für den Monat Januar und Februar. Ich habe das Progamm nur während der Probezeit kurz ausprobiert und dann nie wieder benutzt.
