For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. The Adobe Acrobat / Sign site regularly attempts to reload its content automatically (without me hitting refresh), and becomes stuck in "loading" animation. This happens consistently after no interacting with the page for about 1 minute. When it is stuck, only refreshing the page can reload the contents.

    OS: Ubuntu 18.04
    Browser: Chrome 89.0.4389.82

  7. For a common person whose usage of documents is not very high, you should develop a home package with much less a cost.
    Your current annual fee of Rs. 1200 apprx is way high vis-à-vis usage and utility.

  9. Hi there,

    I bought the converter to use it on my documents and to my surprise I found out that Arabic language is not supported while Maltese is (Not disrespect) but why?!

    I want a cancellation and a refund, how can I apply for one?

  10. How can you improve this? You can fire the person who decided it was a good idea to make it seemingly impossible to delete a gotdamn file? How do I delete?! Why isn't this simple and intuitive?! Please call someone from Apple to help.

  11. You keep asking me to upgrade I don't want to up grade!
    I just want to use the access and tools I've already paid my subscription to use!
    It is extremely frustrating and time consuming trying to simply convert a document and it won't let me!!

  12. My employer set us up with a company account. When I initialized my account and completed the setup process, I received 50 emails in 3 minutes to click a link to confirm my email address and activate my account. Each one that I clicked (over a dozen) would spin in a new window and then would give an error for invalid username. I am able to use the functions it seems, I am signed in to the document cloud, so I'm not sure why I would receive 50 emails (and no I am not exaggerating the number) to confirm my…

  13. This file compression is way off base. What the heck happened to the first bit of it??? Completely unusable. The rest is fine.

  14. You should make very easy to find the download area to get the setup files. It's unbelievable how you guys make hard to download the software and install it on desktop. I will not speak about offline installation. It's ridiculous!

  15. You should fix your whole system, it doesn't work at all! I cant edit my document, I can't download or save my document, this is trash!
    I'm not sure if your making it so only people who have Adobe Acrobat pro can do anything, but I know I'm NEVER using Adobe Acrobat again and I'M NOT BUYING PRO!

  16. The new view is very difficult to follow and understand. I am no longer able to search for agreements by name or email address. This is creating difficulties for me finding my agreements in a timely manner.

  17. Users should have a direct communication channel with the Support Team for urgent questions when using the Products. The new version PRO DC throws a number of questions
    Also the Enterprise version log-in prevents the individual user to get in touch thru' chat.

  18. The single sign on on the login page to Docusign and Adobe Sign seems to have problems. I constantly run into issue that I'm able to login using Google Auth, but on the Adobe Sign page I get attached errors.
    This happens multiple times when I use Adobe Sign and it started to get really annoying and considering switching to a different service.

  20. Allow a single document, such as a Conflict of Interest form, to be sent to multiple recipients, but each recipient signs their own, individual form that is returned to the sender. So, if I send the Conflict of Interest form to 25 board members, I get back 25 emails, one from each board member, with the signed form; I end up with 25 individual signed Conflict of Interest forms.
