For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. When copying text in paragraph format, from a pdf, and then pasting that text the line breaks are kept.

  5. I am unable to access an acrobat pro dc license that has been paid for and assigned. I have spent a long time - twice - with your chat support team. Such an awful experience, they were unhelpful and asked me to download files when they did not know what was in them. The installation still did not work. I'm still waiting for a callback from support to get this working... I'm blown away at how terrible Adobe's service has been so far. An absolute waste of time. Would love some actual help -- 845-300-6133.

  6. This product is absolute garbage. When working on a document, it expires whenever it wants and all information is lost. even when actively working on project. great, I just lost 2 hours of my time

I have been and IT admin for many years and have managed clients' Acrobat licensing, and I have to say, your site is consistently confusing, non-intuitive, and impossible to find even the most basic part of your purpose, to sell software. I have not used your site in a couple years, but now I again have an account. For the life of me, I cannot find where to download Acrobat! Get your site's **** together. I'm personally staying with my Bluebeam license for general PDF use until this **** is fixed.

  8. How to Factory Restore Roku: The Gentle Method
    Before using this option, it is important to note that the following changes will occur on your Roku device:

    I am quite disappointed in your advertising of this Acrobat Online Services for FREE.
    After Compressing only 2 documents I now have to subscribe which is very misleading.
    You should state from the beginning try the FREE TRIAL then I would of understood the implications.

I HAVE RENAMED MY ADOBE SCAN FILE DOCUMENT OF IMAGES TAKEN AND SAVED IT BUT IT DISAPPEARED COMPLETELY AND I DONT HAVE THOSE PHOTOS AT ALL IN CLOUD STORAGE OR EVEN HERE IN ADOBE SCAN APP PLEASE HELP ME RECOVER IT OR RETRIEVE SOMETHING I RENAMED A FILE OF IMAGES BECAUSE IT VANISHED AND I CANT FIND THEM.
