Please stop the auto pop ups, they keep locking the app and I cannot study for law school

Thank you for reaching out. Have you tried the "Open in Excel" feature after converting your PDF to Excel file format for better viewing experience?

I already pay for this monthly - on my regular compute it's in the process of dying, I'm trying to update this laptop.
I already pay for this every single month. With this sign in info. Yet you want me to pay again to use this on my laptop, which I am tying to get up to date as my regular computer is slowly dying and I don't want to be caught w/o a functioning computer.

Very, very disappointed
Have 3 year subscription to Adobe Acrobat DC. Very disappointed. Unable to convert web pages to PDF. When printing web to Adobe PDF, prints uneditable images. OCR scans are negligible. When opening browsers, prompted to sign in when already signed in via the desktop version. And even after signing in via a browser, I'm still prompted to try trials for features I already have! Help is not helpful at all. Hardly anything works! WHAT IS THIS!!

Make clear walk-thru's which are up-to-date.

Accidental deletion
When you click the three dots to the right of the file (download, create, delete, combine, etc.) you have the download and delete right next to each other. Do you know how many times I have accidently deleted a file when trying to download it? There is also no undo or trash that you can retrieve a file you accidently delete. Can you please either move the download and delete buttons, away from each other. Or allow an option to undo, or restore from the trash, or a pop up that says "Are you sure you want to delete this…

Poor conversion from pdf to excel
COVERTED TO EXCEL AND IT SIMPLY DROPPED AN IMAGE OF THE pdf INTO AN EXCEL FILE. Not what I was looking for.

Edit PDF
Trying to edit a PDF & 'Edit PDF' has been removed from the docket/dashboard. Everything else is still in place but edit, is there a way to get edit added back?

Adobe extortionate practices
I am so disgusted with Adobe and their approach to disabling legitimately purchased Acrobat Pro XI that I have deleted my software and purchased PDF Element6 Pro. Their price is better than yours, the utility it provides is all that I require and I only have to pay for it the one time and not be subject to Adobe's extornionate practices. I bought Pro XI bundled with a Fujitsu 1200M scanner. Go after them not me if its 'counterfeit'. I shall avoid using or recommending Adobe software from now onwards.

New update is unworkable and I cannot run my business. Adobe is costing me money.
The new update is terrible. I cannot move the window anywhere. The minimize and close buttons don't work. The program is absolutely useless now. I can't even right click to snap it left or right. and clicking the x or minimize just affects the program behind it. This is not workable and I need to use this to run my business. fix this now.

The conversion of PDF to word is horrible. The fonts gets missed and the logos gets missed. It looks to be waste of having bought this from you

Unable to download or print PDF from Adobe cloud
If I cannot print or download the PDF document, then why should I store any document on Adobe cloud?
Nothing works. Do you even test your product?

On Adobe Acrobat web, if you have an unlicensed AKA FREE account, you can integrate 3rd party storage by going to Documents > OTHER STORAGE > ADD STORAGE. For my account, the options include OneDrive and Google Drive.
The moment I add an Acrobat Pro subscription to my account, this entire OTHER STORAGE section disappears.
I remove the subscription and the OTHER STORAGE comes back.I have tested this on the following operating systems and browsers in all combinations:
