Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. All of the files we had sent through the system before July 12 are missing. These are files that go back to 2012 when we started with EchoSign. If this is Adobe and files are in the cloud then why the need to purge all my old agreements?? ADOBE WHAT ARE YOU DOING??? That was 6 years worth of agreements and signed documents that you decided I didn't need anymore?!?!?!? I want an answer for this and a restoration of my missing files NOW.

  3. I'm a Pro DC subscriber. I can't download adobe Pro DC unless I subscribe on the spot, I'm signed in as me, you should recognize that it's me and let me download it as an active subscription. No help to me.

  6. Is there a way to drag a file from Document Cloud and drop to another browser application? I'm trying to eliminate the step of having to download the file.

  8. pour le site, je ne sais pas, je ne vois pas l'intérêt du service. en général google drive ou one drive font mieux le travail.

    pour ce qui est du logiciel, c'est de pire en pire. j'aimerais vraiment faire un retour sur le sujet, mais l'utilisateur est bon qu'à payer non ?

  9. I am so disgusted with Adobe and their approach to disabling legitimately purchased Acrobat Pro XI that I have deleted my software and purchased PDF Element6 Pro. Their price is better than yours, the utility it provides is all that I require and I only have to pay for it the one time and not be subject to Adobe's extornionate practices. I bought Pro XI bundled with a Fujitsu 1200M scanner. Go after them not me if its 'counterfeit'. I shall avoid using or recommending Adobe software from now onwards.

  10. Is it possible to revert back to the previous design of the website?
    I don't think the new design is user friendly. With the old design it was easier to use as all agreements were categorised, ie:
    - Out for signature
    - Cancelled
    - Signed agreements
    If this is a feature that is available in the new design, please can you make it more obvious as to how to categorise the agreements. With the new new design, all agreements are just listed which is not efficient when you want to quickly check your agreements that you need to follow up…

  12. Can't view participant without opening- which is useless when you use templates.

    Template Library is not accessible unless you manually search for it.

    There is no way to effectively edit, resend, or manage the documents anymore.

    The inefficient changes are enough to look at other services that provide ease of use along with functionality. Don't want to got that route, but this is a productivity killer.

  14. The new update is terrible. I cannot move the window anywhere. The minimize and close buttons don't work. The program is absolutely useless now. I can't even right click to snap it left or right. and clicking the x or minimize just affects the program behind it. This is not workable and I need to use this to run my business. fix this now.

    To change your language, sign in to https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/. Click on your account icon (just to the right of the bell). Then choose Settings (the first option you can select). You can pick your preferred language under User Locale (the first option at the top of the dialog).

    The Send and Track features are now part of Sharing files for viewing. You can share new files starting from the “Share Files” tool at https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/. You’ll find files you’ve previously shared under Shared – For Viewing on the left side.

  20. The change over is completely terrible. Navigation is horrible. Nothing is located conveniently. Takes forever to find things. Wish it would go back to the way it was
