For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

    The adobe send for signature option always crashes and it makes it difficult to do my work.

    it works some days and it doesn't on others, this a weekly occurrence

  2. Whenever I realize that I made mistake in the original setup - like forgetting a signer, or wanting to change the message - I have to start the whole process over from the beginning. If there's a way to get back to the first step, I have not found it. I also find that I cannot figure out how to delete the drafts with the mistake afterward.

  5. The new UI is not good. I cannot see who the signing parties are without opening a file. It only shows the file name, which for us is often the same. This was a major fail and big disappointment.

  6. My vendors do not allow for a typed signature. I want to utilize the software but suppress the typed signature option.
    Can an option be added to allow specific signature types in the signature field.

  7. Would just like to reiterate how frustrating this update is. I am looking into other options for document signing. I cannot easily see who the agreements were sent to or the status of them without opening every single one. It's an incredible waste of time. Who thought this was a good idea?

  9. This new update is confusing and inconvenient. I cannot quickly see who the agreements are sent to under recent. The name/email is not shown unless I open it.
    When I send a template, I still have to review it to add fields, etc. which defeats the purpose of using a template. Why add this extra step?
    The old Adobe sign platform worked well and I'm disappointed in the changes made

  10. The changes you have made to the Adobe sign are absolutely horrible! It is difficult for customers to figure out how to sign. It is extremely stressful to send and organize it!
    I have used it for a few years and now have to consider using a different system. Please tell me you will go back to how it was

  11. Adobe sign is not loading. I click "send for signature" and get the "Loading Adobe Sign.." along with the loading wheel that never stops.

  13. The send for signature option in my Document Cloud continues to simply not work (the screen is brief, but it appears to say that "it is not available at this time") I send out several contracts a week, and I have had this problem at all hours of the day. It has been a drain on my productivity and is costing me clients. I love this product, but I need it to work properly.

  14. Online Document cloud is ridiculously slow loading.

    • Way too many loading errors. it makes using the platform Extremely FRUSTRATING!

    -Adobe Sign doesn't even load sometimes which ******* me off because I can't get the work done that I need to do.

  15. I think there is a glitch in the "Anyone" fields. I am sending an agreement for signature by three people and making one field required, but fillable by anyone. I'd expect that means the document will be circulated and anyone can complete that field, but it won't be considered fully signed until/unless one of the signers completes the field. Instead, it's forcing me, as the Prefill party, to complete that field.

  17. In the past 30 days or so, the "send a document to be signed" function of Document Cloud has become completely unreliable. When I click to open that program (approximately 60% of the time) it simply comes up as a blank screen (with the document cloud logo in the upper left). I have clients who are relying on getting contracts out on a speedy basis, I cannot keep "checking back" every 10 minutes to see if a program is working again.

  19. The platform is nearly unusable. The desktop application and the online user experience has absolutely gone down the toilet. Everything use to be so simple and easy with Adobe Echo Sign. I am contemplating switching to docusign because the online version won't load properly.

  20. I want ONE Page where I can manage my signature process. On that page, I can add documents (even if a pop-up window needs to be used for data entry) and manage the entire document process. Your current navigation is absolutely the worst imaginable. Go to one page (or app) to upload a document for signature, another one to check it's status, a third to sign, it's insane. You guys have FUBAR'd EchoSign completely. Whoever manages the DC product line needs to be fired. Today.
