File menu doesn't appear so no option to manipulate files in any way
I have no options to preview pdf documents anymore, also, there is no options menu, just a indefinitely spinning wheel after clicking on 3 dots icon for more document options.

Can't view any documents online
Can't open any of my PDFs that I shared on my account :(

Bad, doesn't work
Impossible to download or view the pdf uploaded on Adobe Acrobat, that's quite incredible to see that the most basic feature doesn't work and that I should go on a free alternative to reacht he desired output.

Adobe speed lagging.
Adobe DC documents are moving very slowly where it freeze up frequently. Is there a known internal issue with Adobe as our organization has not been able to resolve.

PDFs will NOT open on my laptop!
Cannot open any PDFs on my laptop. Have spent hours upon hours and my IT guy has spent hours upon hours trying to resolve it.

Opens Blank in Cloud | Fine in Local Reader
This file, attached, when I try to open it in your web editor or in the Edge Browser extension, it just shows up blank. I can resave it, I can compress it, I can't search it. But even after resaving or compressing I can't see anything in the document unless I open it up in 1) your offline DC reader, or anyone else's PDF reader, including Edge's own PDF extension/viewer.
Just figured you might want to know about the issue. I'm not too worried about it, but ya'll might want to use the document for internal troubleshooting.

Literally nothing works and I can't even sign in
I just bought Adobe and literally no aspect of what I have bought so far has worked. Complete waste of money... its literally the only way to do anything with pdfs so its impossible to not have it. But it is literally useless because it doesn't work anyways.

Automatic skipping slides
I'm finding it impossible to review a presentation as it skips through the slides automatically, faster than I can even read them. I have no control over this. Multiple presentations are doing this. Sometimes it skips through two slides for every one click, and sometimes it blows through 50+ pages.

border display issue
It would be great if the issue with Adobe and borders could be resolved. Changing the magnification of a PDF'd Word file with table borders, changes the appearance of those borders, in terms of width. In the case of a graphic image border, it may appear to be missing on one or more sides, at various magnifications. Since one doesn't know how a client who is receiving the file will view it, this is a cause of difficulty. In PowerPoint, text boxes without borders will show up as bordered, especially if the file is printed in grey scale.

Can't select text on PDF's Adobe online
Why on earth would I want to use Adobe online when it doesn't even let me select text from a PDF unlike opening it with Edge or Chrome PDF viewer

Compressing files - Text Issue
Hello.
Some of the students at our institution are having issues reducing the size of files exported from Turnitin. There seems to be an issue with the font conversion (see attached file)

This sucks
Cannot open an adobe PDF, has been sent multiple times but will not open. Have BOTH versions of Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Acrobat Reader DC - what's going on?????
