9. Do not charge my account. I want a reimbursement if I am charged

   I had a hard time installing. It did not work, please do not charge my credit card. Cancel all free trial and potentially monthly orders that follow the free trial.

   If you do not know how to cancel, please advise.

16. I hope there is a dedicated button to Flatten the PDFs just like in Bluebeam.

    Current setup to flatten the pdf is complicated and hard to understand. I hope there is a dedicated button and a simple dialog box to flatten the pdf.

19. Faulty program, Lost my work

    the Adobe pdf stopped suddenly while reading and when I reopen it mentioned it is closed abruptly and given the option to restore but when I pressed on I was not able to find my edited file aand I lost all my work in the documents and this happed twice
