Subscription is not free
Doesnt make sense to say that a specific service is free then when I try to do it I'm being told to purchase a subscription?

I couldn't open a support ticket. I was connected to an agent in the online conversation, but he said he would transfer it and the conversation ended after 10 minutes.

Misleading Free Option
Before sign up, Adobe stated: drawing and adding text was a free tool. Now that I have signed up, there are not free tools - only the option to upgrade in order to edit. Very misleading. This is why I do not feel comfortable ever purchasing an Adobe product.

The requirment personal information is an invasion of my personal privacy and another avanue for thieves to asscess personal information
I've just had to add my birthrate to your system. I highly dislike this feature, there is so much fraud and data breaches and now after using your product for years you are requiring additional personal information to be stolen. This is not right!

Falsche Lizenz macOS statt Windows
Ich habe die Lizenz für Acrobat Pro 2020 Windows eingelöst, mir wurde aber die Acrobat Pro 2020 macOS freigeschaltet :-( Auf Hinweis der Hotline habe ich dann nochmals die Windows-Lizenz angemeldet, bis heute aber nichts gehört. Inzwischen ist die Demo-Version abgelaufen und ich stehe etwas orientierungslos da.
Was kann ich noch machen, dass ich die richtige Lizenz freigeschaltet bekomme?

Price Increase
I see a major price increase coming my way on October 16. Unless I can continue at my current monthly fee, I will be cancelling. How do I proceed if I opt to cancel?

really terrible service
Allow activation of my product on a new computer after deactivating on an old computer. It's impossible to talk to a person, so I guess I will cancel it after a few weeks if it can't be resolved.

Falsche Werbeversprechen
Falsche Werbeanzeige. Ich bin hochgradig enttäuscht unt sehr wütend. Wenn man euch schon seine Daten ausliefert sollte es wohl das mindeste sein dass man auch die Werbeversprechen von der nicht Benötigung eines Credit Karte einhält. Wenn ich nur eine Zahl an einem PDF ändern möchte muss ich sofort meine Kontodaten angeben. Super, wirklich toll. Danke für nichts und diese Proberversion können sie Sich echt schenken.
Ich möchte dass alle meine DAten gelöscht werden und entschuldigung an jedwede Reale Person die sich die wütenden Kommentare durchlesen muss, wenn es KI oder AI, wirklich seid verdammt für euren "SERVICE". Ich habe besseres…1 vote -

Tricking users with "free" PDF editing
Adobe clearly states their online editor allows users to edit text for free. Only after you log in and sign up do you realize that's a lie, and all you can do is comment, highlight etc. Editing text requires the trial. The way people are tricked into thinking they can edit text is atrocious. Adobe can do better instead of tricking users and lying to them. At least be clear about what's actually included. I am now using Canva as it allows free PDF editing.

I recently bought a new laptop and would like to continue using the various Adobe tools like I have done for several years already.. But when I tried to do so on this new computer, I was requested to become a user again for an annual fee.
