For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. I think there is a glitch in the "Anyone" fields. I am sending an agreement for signature by three people and making one field required, but fillable by anyone. I'd expect that means the document will be circulated and anyone can complete that field, but it won't be considered fully signed until/unless one of the signers completes the field. Instead, it's forcing me, as the Prefill party, to complete that field.

  4. The functionality for creating forms on my desktop or online does not work! Tried different browsers (Google and Chrome) and still no joy. I'm paying for this a functionality that I cannot use. It is clunky, slow and whirls away not doing anything.

  5. Fix whatever you broke that makes the sad face come up 60% of the time I want to use the software. Since the interface upgrade done, the software is working so infrequently after 5yrs of using it I am looking for alternatives.

  6. ever since you rolled out the new look nothing works. half the time I get the message that Adobe sign is not available. when it is available it takes forever to load and just stops in the middle of sending out a document so I have to start all over. Frustration doesn't begin to define what I am feeling. Fix it!

  8. Document cloud is way worse than any other document signing software. You removed the recipients names from the list ... Why remove data??? And now I cannot delete completed documents .... Why remove features??? So now I have to search through 80 documents individually just to find out who I sent documents to rather than glancing over the list, plus the more I use this terrible software the more documents I am going to have to go through. I just do NOT understand why you would remove features and data?????????????????????????????????

  10. Hello,
    I'm incredibly disappointed with the document cloud service. Consistently get Adobe Sign Is Not available at this time. And also its very difficult to find the signed document you want. I should be able to look documents up by email address it was sent to. please improve this.

  11. I HATE THE NEW INTERFACE. It never loads. I've cleared the cache, I've reset the browser, I've tried everything short of standing on my head. This whole "Adobe Sign is not available at this time" **** is unacceptable.

  14. Once a document is signed, there is no longer a button to Send another document or go to the Manage agreements. You have to go the long way back to Document Cloud then E-Sign. Its a time waster.

  16. Revert back to the original version immediately this is the worst update of any product that I have ever experienced. You have quite literally made all functions impossible to find. Whoever cleared this update for public release should be sacked immediately. No word of a lie I spent almost an hour trying to find my templates and then the same again working out how to send them out. This would have taken 2 min on the old set up. Adobe U SHOULD BE ASHAMED...…………… I am now looking for another product to deal with signatures and document management......

  17. The reminder button/function seems to be missing from my new interface. I reviewed the user guide on Adobe's site and saw where it should be, I just don't see it among my options. Can you help? I use it often.

  19. I can no longer delete a document that was meant to be sent for signature but is still in draft mode that I now need to cancel. The only options in the side panel are "Notes" and "Download Audit Report". There is no "Cancel" option.

    I have also lost the ability to edit my document templates that are older than 30 days. They just don't appear when I go to the "Sign Templates" page. Where are they? How can I get them back?
