  1. Limiting the file size on esign documents way down from what it was before hinders my productivity. I hate the new esign and want classic to return. I send large files for purposes of creating an auditing paper trail for a state university that require backup documentation to be included. The newly redesigned product does not do what it needs to do, and I am going to encourage the university to look into other esign programs going forward to use once the license expires. This sucks.

  3. Absolutely hating the new version. it is taking out fields from forms when trying to send for signature. Miserable. I don't have time for this. Very unclear. I plan to look into other platforms for sending for signature. Where is the improvement?

  4. Following up on my last feedback - I could not even apply "inputted text" the correct date format to be complaint to my work, nor can my colleagues :(

I tried with and with out spaces - I know why this occurred - I am requesting that my proposed date formats be added to E-signatures normal selections (auto) and manual text inputted options.

  5. This new update to e-signature documents is absolutely horrendous. It now takes twice as long to send a simple pdf with 1 signature. When you want to send one document after another, it keeps loading in the previous document in error. There was nothing wrong with the previous software, it worked great, that's why we bought it. We will be moving away unless drastic changes are made.

  6. The updates to adobe sign are causing issues with block placement. The signature blocks look fine in the "review" but when they are saved and sent, the block move to different areas of the document and shift places. PLEASE FIX ASAP!

  7. Also related to the new e-sign interface, I don't see an option to cc a non-signatory administrative assistant who helps with tracking the progress and final filing of the signed documents. This has a significant negative impact on our business process and workflow.

  8. The new Request E-Signatures interface is un-intuitive and restrictive:
    - I was not previously restricted to a maximum file size of 8mb. I often work with large files that need signatures and this is very prohibitive for me.
    - I used to select an e-sign template initially before adding my other documents to be signed, and I had to google how to add other documents.
    - When adding multiple documents to sign initially (after discovering that I needed to do that), the only way to change the order is to use the arrows on the side, which is very clunky…

  9. I am writing to express my deep frustration with the recent overhaul of your e-signature tool. As a user of this product, I am shocked at the decline in efficiency and usability following the update. What used to be a straightforward task of entering and sending a lease, taking no more than five to six minutes, now inexplicably consumes over 20 minutes of valuable time. This significant increase in time, with no discernible improvements in functionality, is unacceptable and counterproductive.

The update, which seems to be merely a cosmetic facelift, has drastically reduced the tool's efficiency. For a company with…

  11. The updates made to the "Request E-Signatures" in Adobe Acrobat have made things a lot more difficult to use.

I use a template form to send multiple documents for sign-off by up to 4 people at a time. Each person has their section to complete and sign.

I used to be able to open one document, select "Request E-Signatures" and the "more options" would allow me to add more documents and add the template form I created online.

I am no longer able to do this through the Adobe Acrobat desktop application but have to do a long-winded roundabout way…

    Hi Clara,
Thanks for asking, I'm glad to help, the following steps might help you to use Prefill role:

    • Open a file with Request Signature
    • On Recipient modal: Allow sequential signing by checking the box,
    • On Recipient modal: The very first recipient shouldn't be yourself, or the "account user", please enter a different recipient than yourself.
    • Prepare document as usual.
    • Prefill role should be enabled through Context Menu (Click the desired field on page > Change recipient > Prefill)
    • Review & Send

If this information wasn't helpful, you can switch to earlier version by following the steps below,

    1. Open the agreement draft experiencing the issue.
    2. On the left panel, scroll down and click "View more".
    3. Click the "Switch to legacy version" link.

This will switch you to the earlier version for this specific draft only. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in resolving this issue.

    We are sorry you are…

    Hola Ximena Figueroa,

  15. Adobe Acrobat Sign. Like the emailed receipt/ attachment version--where the audit report is included on the last page--please add the option to "Include Audit Report" when downloading an agreement from the web or Windows app. It is annoying that I cannot retrieve a copy WITH the audit report included (it onyl lets you download them separately--see attached screenshot). Since by design you cannot edit/ combine docs after signatures, it is not possible to attach the audit report myself. Please vote on this idea!

  17. Previously there was a "Sign and Send" feature that seems to have been removed in the latest update.

I routinely send documents that need my signature plus the signature of a subcontractor. So I prepare my document with a signature block for me and for the other person.

Previously, I could click "Sign and Send" which would let me immediately sign and then send the document along.

Now, I have to click "Review and Send" which sends the document to me (the first signer). The next step does offer the "It's time to sign" option which is definitely helpful. But…

  18. Every Monday, I send out dozens of work orders to be signed, usually in groups of 4 or 5 to the same person. However, I need each PDF to be separate… and the current system will combine multiple files into one document. So currently, I have to send each document individually.

It would be great if I could add several files to the e-sign workflow for one person, add the signature boxes for each one, and then send them all separately still … but I think there is a step or two that could be combined. Thanks!

  20. Train your customer support agents. Like even just a little training would be helpful before you throw them onto the chat line. I went though 15 different agents for 4 hours across 2 days to get info that should have taken 10 minutes for someone to find on internal documentation. Extremely frustrated with this experience. The worst part of it all is that there was never an actual solution to my issue. I will be looking for a different product moving forward.
