For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

    As per the attached pdf, only last page has content and others are blank. To check this further, Can you please help to share original scan images as well ?

  2. The rendering of PDF files on 2021 16-inch M1 Max MacBook Pro (64 GB) on macOS 12.2 is very slow.
    The scrolling is around 5 fps or less, while disabling font smoothing increases fps, it is still too slow (around 10 fps).
    The PDF viewed is at https://www.khronos.org/registry/OpenGL/specs/es/3.2/GLSL_ES_Specification_3.20.pdf

  4. So, the documentcloud is not compatible with the PC version, right? I had to open a government document but it doesn't open as it does when using the Mac or PC version. Why?

  7. My toolbar is not appearing on the right to be able to remind/cancel/etc the document- why is that? It used to be that I could help that by coming back in and out of the document but even that is not helping currently. Very frustrating!

  8. The changes made to the E-sign document cloud webpage are horrible. I can no longer see what still needs to be signed, what has been signed, etc. This is a horribly designed web page now.

  12. Create a way to sync Document Cloud docs/pdf's to a personal/office computer (like Creative Cloud does), where a subdirectory (called Document Cloud) is created in the user's computer, where the docs/pdf's in the online Creative Cloud are mirrored to the desktop/notebook and vice versa. Why doesn't this concept that you have for Creative Cloud (and so many others have, like Dropbox and OneDrive) exist for Document Cloud?

  13. Why can't I open this in your web app? I run Linux and I have no other option to open this file as you have discontinued Linux support of your Adobe reader.

  16. I HATTTTTTEEEE THE NEW ADOBE VIEWER. HOW DO I GET BACK TO THE PRIOR VIEW. WHY WASN'T I GIVEN AN OPTION TO CHANGE??? THE FREAKIN' SUBSCRIPTION IS TOO EXPENSIVE ANYWAY, I DON'T APPRECIATE UNWANTED "IMPROVEMENTS"!!!

  18. Fillable PDFs cannot be opened by your online PDF editor, which is very counter-intuitive. It says it needs a later version of the PDF viewer to view the document contents, despite the fact the the web viewer should be one of the most up-to-date versions possible.
