For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. How can you set up signature reminders?

    How can you remind someone for signature in this new version of Adobe Sign?

    I do not like this new platform at all. So much functionality was lost... there is no manage page, no ability to remind either. Please bring back old features.

  2. Adobe Send & Trackの送信状況バーの復活

    Adobe Send & Trackから、Document Cloudに統合されたような形かと思われますが、一点改善をお願いしたい内容がございます。

    ・アップロードファイルの送信状況が、バーの進行で表示されてわかりやすかったのが、今は送信中の円がくるくる回っているだけで、どれくらいで送信完了するかが全くわかりません。アップロードに時間もかかるので、どれくらいで送信が完了するかの確認ができないと、業務使用上、とても生産性が悪くなります。是非とも今まであった表示を復活させてください。

  3. cannot re-send files for signature from cloud

    The option to re-send a file is no longer available. Please re-instate this vital feature.
    Also, when viewing files, it was handy to have them sort into categories - waiting for signature, signed etc. this is no longer available either.

  10. Once again you change things without asking.

    How can you improve the experience? Maybe stop breaking things and give some, or may be any warning whatsoever that you're going to completely drop applications from your service.

    Yesterday I login to Adobe sign and it was the classic environment that was GASP useful and GASP had information relative to the task at hand... today I login to adobe sign and it' barely a glorified jump drive.

    Where was the warning? Where's my documents older than 30 days? Where's any semblance that you people care one iota about your customers?

  11. New Deisgn is Difficult

    This new version is very difficult to navigate. You have to click for signature, and then filter by status just to see the documents you are awaiting signature from. Very poor design. Also, how do you remind people that they need to sign something, use to be so easy. Not happy with this new version at all.

  13. Lost important access as email delegate. Can no longer use Adobe Sign

    New format is terrible. I like the Dashboard view. Do not like the new document view, hard to view by category (yes, I saw filter, I am speaking about that). Also, I can no longer sign from a delegated email address as I had on all previous documents for the last few years. That last bit is the most important part. I do not see how our company can continue with this product if I can no longer access links sent to an email address I am delegated to receive.

    C'est lamentable.
    Virez au chômage ceux qui ont changé l'ancienne formule. Qu'ils aillent ramasser le poubelles plutôt que d'emmerder les utilisateurs.

  15. Issue numbering collection of documents

    I was trying to number all the pages of a collection of supporting documents for a memo, though some of the individual documents themselves were numbered, I was forced to either remove or replace the existing numbers regardless of where I wanted to put the new numbering. I wanted the documents to keep their original numbering while I add numbering for everything to a different spot. This is not allowed as the dialog for replacing or deleting numbering immediately pops up with no option to do anything else but cancel numbering. I have wasted time trying to get around this…

  17. Saving glitches

    I have multiple times now had issues with the document I'm working on stopping autosaving. And then when I try to download, save a copy etc, it tries to do a full save and just gets stuck whirring on the save icon. I can then stop the save and I loose all my edits. Often this coincides with two other glitches. Firstly when I reopen the document, the ability to change the text colour just disappears. Secondly, even though the text colour appears as read when I first open, it suddenly the defaults back to black on edits already saved…
