Please do not use free trial when just for the sake of it, currently it hard to cancel it.

PDF conversion to Word means letters now disappear in the text
I've just converted a PDF file to a Word document and the conversion process has dropped letters in some words which means I now need to proof read and correct the whole document. I'm paying for this subscription and this is a new problem. Why is it happening now!

I'm having a horrible experience. I tryi to select docs to combine and nothing shows in viewer. tried restarting comp. nothing works.

Misleading “Free” PDF Tool – Wasted Time and Trust
This is incredibly misleading. You advertised a “free” PDF editing tool, got me to sign up and hand over my details, and then blocked the actual features behind a paywall. That’s not free - it’s bait.
If it’s only a trial or limited access, say that upfront instead of wasting people’s time. This kind of tactic just destroys trust.

App Repeatedly Fails To Save
This app sucks. If you like typing thing 8 or 9 times, only for your changes NOT to be saved... you will love it.
Oh... and it will time out within seconds of starting to save.

You've gotten too expensive to be useful!
I do not want your AI feature and I do not appreciate having it forced on me for $25 a month. I want Adobe Acrobat Pro like I've always had and without all the extra things you are adding on to run up the price. For personal use, $25 a month is ridiculous! Is this all you have to offer me because if it is, I'm going to be forced to search for another product to replace Acrobat Pro. You are pricing yourself out of the market for the personal home user. I'm disappointed!

Stop Acrobat extension ad
Stop so many constant pop up messages, "Add the Acrobat extension to your browser", etc. How can I turn them off?

Horrible business practices
If you’re going to charge someone for 30 days they should have access to the product during those 30 days. I had a 7 day free trial and missed the deadline to cancel (my mistake) so I’ve been charged for the next month. But my access to the software gets cut off immediately? Frankly that’s theft. I’ll never use another Adobe product.

Inconsistent UX for Marking Up Edits
The UX is inconsistent for seemingly no reason. The way editing tools appear and what's available can vary, even if a file is exported and shared the exact same way. In a recent instance my team experienced, a designer made 2 versions of the same poster and shared each PDF as individual links for us to review. One poster had the "Strikethrough Text" editing tool as an option while the other poster did not, as seen in this screenshot. That tool is also not available in the sidebar menu of tools.

Maybe fix the user interface to be more friendly
This interface is not user friendly at all. How am I supposed to change a PDF that is signed into a fillable document for the client?

Combine operation faulted
when attempting to merge two pdf files and selecting certain pages to assemble, the program is simply combining two copies of the first file. Not productive. Further, when I edit the duplicate page those changes manifest on the first page as well.

terrible interface cannot find what needed
terrible interface, simply wanted to download the shared pdf could not find the download button... really frustrating giving up using your tolls offering only tons of utils at payment and not simple tools really needed by normal people
