For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  3. E-Sign Malfunction

    The E-Signature Request function is malfunctioning.
    I cannot place fields. I cannot get signatures correctly. This is incredibly frustrating.

  4. Fix New Sign's inability to properly assign fields in templates

    DO NOT force Sign users to use New Sign until is ready; it is not ready now.
    New Sign breaks existing templates by (I think) defaulting all initial (& other?) fields to the first sender, even when it was 2nd sender on the template.
    Long-time user of Sign. Got the notice it's coming, whether we want it or not (and whether it's remotely ready, evidently.) So I tried it out.
    My documents have, typically, just two signers: me as sender and the recipient. Template docs have assigned fields with assigned fillers/signers/initialers -- either me or the recipient.

  5. Date of signatures

    I've noticed recently that, when I send a document out with a date request, the date is then not carrying through when the document is returned to me, i.e. not the date stamp on the signature, but if I ask someone to separately date the document, then the dating function isn't working.

  6. AI cannot analyse materials it says it can

    AI Assistant is crashing often. It is fine as a tool, but it needs a lot of refining to get where other companies are at the moment. I can't even upload 3 files without it crashing out.

  11. Can't easily extract a single page with Acrobat Online

    When I use Acrobat online to extract pages, I can't figure out how to select a single page. I try clicking on it and nothing happens. No checkboxes appear when I hover over the pages. I have to select all and then de-select the pages I don't want. Is this just an error on my end?

  12. Garbage scam company lies to users to steal data

    nah ********* for this - asking me to make an account promising unlimited downloads and access to a free service just to collect my information and only give me one additional download? I will never use your service and I will actively tell everyone I know to avoid your services for the rest of my life. Scam company

  13. Cloud Storage is Garbage, turn it off

    I want cloud storage to disappear. It is garbage and I cannot get rid of it. This is insane. You force me to use a substandard product that slows my OS and has the slowest server response I have ever seen. Cloud storage is garbage.

  16. Hidden unfair fees from customer on cancellation

    I no longer wish to use my current plan as my work is completed, but now Adobe is asking for half of the remaining month's fee. This is unfair because this information was not clearly communicated. As a reputable brand, Adobe should not impose hidden costs on customers. Any important rules related to payments should be prominently highlighted on the screen so that customers can make informed decisions about whether to subscribe or not. There are many other alternatives available, so please don't lower your standards in the pursuit of business.

  19. Cannot Combine Files: Files will not upload in drag & drop.

    As of today, my combine files is not working. I use it every day for work.

    When I click and drag a file over in "Combine Files," it will not open. The download spinner just keeps spinning.
