For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. Fix Copy & Paste for comments / Highlighted text

    Once I highlight text and add comment, I am no longer able to copy the text as an option. Can you bring that functionality back. I am using this in the web browser version.

  3. Adobe ESign Broken

    Adobe esign doesnt work! This website sucks. The app doesnt work either! You click request signatures and nothing happens. I just get the sorry, something went wrong notification on the website too.

  4. Too clever by half

    Too clever by half. All those configurations, all those products, and I can't read a simple pdf file without crashing. And I can't sign-in. Oh for the original product that just worked to do what it is good at.

  6. Can't do anything in a browser window

    As usual, Acrobat is extremely buggy. When I try to simply copy info out of this shared PDF, it wants me to create a copy. When I try to do that, the browser window hangs. Hmm, maybe I can just create a copy after I recover the browser. Nope, that won't work either. I finally did manage to create a copy, but until I had to try several different things using the WORST and MOST UNINTUITIVE UI out there. I know, you're Adobe and don't care at all what your customers think.

  7. Improvements to tagging panel

    I have a couple of suggestions that would make PDF accessibility a lot easier. 1. When you add a tag to the tags tree, the entire tree closes and you have to hunt to find where the new tag is. In long documents, this is extremely time-consuming. 2. it would be great if the tags tree had a dotted line or some other indication of where in the document you are (what page). That would make it much easier when remediating long documents.

  9. Unsatisfactory experience

    The "Recognize text with OCR" tool isn't powerful enough.

    The words (highlighted in yellow) that I need most to be recognised can't be recognised, even after processing with Adobe OCR tool

  12. Unable to scroll at all, zoom ineffective

    Tried your free too because I wanted to delete 300 pages of a 400-page pdf. Unable to scroll through the pdf on Safari or Chrome browsers. NO VERTICAL SCROLL BARS. Arrow keys unreliable. Unable to zoom in or out to see what I was doing. Very difficult and persnickety to use. I would never subscribe to this tool.

  14. Combining not working

    I have tried to merge a few pdfs multiple times but it never finishes the merg how many times I've tried the circle never closes and then just goes back to upload the files to merge

  15. FALLA EL ENVIAR DOCUEMNTO A FIRMA

    Tengo este problema al momento de intentar enviar un documento para firma, ya he intendado varias veces, en diferentes navegadores, con diferentes redes wifi y por cable, en diferentes pc pero no permite enviar el doumento para firma, que puedo hacer?

  17. Organize page status not known, keeps discarding edits.

    Organize Pages not working, no status no nothing, we are the fools. 20 years ago this use to work very well on Adobe.

  18. unable to e-sign Contracts by both parties

    It is extremely inconvenient for contract signing where we have buyer side and the seller side. And if I receive contract already electronically signed by one side, Adobe not allowing me to get e-signatures fron the other side, as it says the Contract already certified and can't be e-signed.

  20. Quitar limitaciones para descargar archivos

    Tengo pensado dejar de usar acrobat porque tiene limitaciones en cuanto a la descarga de archivos y carpetas, se deberia poder descargar carpetas completas y la cantidad de archivos que uno desee
