TRASH PROGRAM AND SERVICE
what a horrible experience Adobe is from start to finish. unfortunately i just renewed my subscription with this mess and now the app won't open on the laptop and i am reduced to writing a review to an AI Bot that can't preform basic program functions. I will be canceling my membership getting a refund and finding a PDF viewer!!! that works. Good day.

eSign Templates Unavailable in Desktop
Its frustrating that e-sign templates are not available on the desktop application of Acrobat. I'm looking for the features of Docusign without having to go to another platform.

Get it together
Adobe is sucking more and more as the days pass. Options such as 'Combine Files' not opening. When I upload a file, I get an error message and I have to refresh a bunch till finally, it decides to work. I'm told something is password protected, when it in fact, is not. I click on options and nothing happens. GET IT TOGETHER.

AI creates bugs in your product
Your product has become practically worthless due to your AI push. You are so focused on selling the AI features that the basic product no longer exists.

Pop up option to rename document at time of sending
It would be really nice to have an option to rename the document after selecting prefill or send option.
The previous version had a pop up allowing a passcode and to rename the document before finalizing.
It would be nice to see a return of the popup for renaming the document before sending. I have accidentally sent more than a few documents with the name "binder" or "binder -agreement".Thank you for you consideration.

OCR Useless
This did not work AT ALL. The scan did not identify any words and the PDF is still untouchable vis a vis copying the text to translate it.

Pages thumbnail and document structure on the left side
Why are the pages on the right side??? Seriously?! It's obvious that everything related to document structure should be on the left side, that's how people are familiar. Really can't understand Adobe UI decisions....

Amend document sent for signing
This product is incredible but you really need to add a way to amend email addresses once a document has been sent for signing. It is incredibly inefficient and frustrating having to delete an entire document, re-create it and send it again just for a change of email address!

PDF Compress size misleading
Your acrobat tool made me believe that i can reduce the size of my pdf to 8mb so i subscribed and it only gave me 43 mb which is not what i signed up for. You are not selling what you've promised this is annoying. I used to use other adobe stuff as well i'm glad i've changed it to other softwares which is more honest and overall better than anything you guys can make.

Missing signature when file downloaded
Why am I unable to view the signature after adding it in the document and downloading the file?

Flowchart in Acrobat
It would be great if we could use OCR to turn handwritten notes (like an org chart) to flowchart. Or in general to have the option to create a flowchart without having to use other apps.

Het converteren van een pdf naar word werkt slecht het trekt op niks. Waarom zou ik adobe services betalen als ik ze niet echt kan gebruiken?
