I hate this update
This new update is extremely disheartening. I was just on a call asking for assistance and the software update failed to include some very essential components. I ask the individual who was assisting me and it seemed as though he was not familiar with the new update himself nor did it seem that he understood what I needed assistance with. I want to know if there is a way to separate templates, signed agreements, drafts, and those agreements waiting to be signed. Also, It seems as though I have to click on every agreement to figure out who it was…

CUSTOMER FEEDBACK
It is obvious that there is overwhelming, unanimous, disapproval of the new Adobe Sign layout. I have yet to see a positive comment regarding the new layout.
Adobe, for once, can you please accept the customer feedback proclaimed so loudly across these boards and let us go back to the old version/view? At least give us the option to do so and you can continue testing this new style for those that actually want it.

Fill and Sign
Why is it that in the last few days I am getting a notice when I try to fill and sign a PDF, that I upload, say the file is not supported. These Are same type's of PDF's that I have using and filling and signing for years.

Unable to read pdf from documentcloud.adobe.com account
I am unable to read the document on from my account on the documentcloud.abobe.com.
I have a message o the following effect
"Please wait...if this message is not eventually replace by the proper contents of the document, you PDF viewer...."
(but I can read the same document from my laptop using adobe acrobat reader DC )

Adobe update is crazy
Why can I print from Adobe document stupid cloud. I should of never updated. When I do print half the pages is missing . Wish I could go back to old version without an update Also when I want to send a email I would like to go thru google email .

HORRIBLE NEW DESIGN!!!
ITS HORRENDOUS! Its insane how horrible this product is. i HAD BARELY LEARNT WHERE TO FIND MY FILES UNDER THE "MANAGE" TAB. now all of that is gone, without notice! in the new interface, you dont even know who is the one that has signed the document. You should be ashamed with this product. I cant wait to move on.

Previous version was way better
Well to be honest I preferred previous version WAY better than this one. It's harder for me now to handle larger amount of files. :(

Online tool to check and fix PDF accessibility
DESCRIPTION:
While not perfect, the free online tool PAVE (https://pave-pdf.org) demonstrates how this process could be lightyears more user-friendly than it is currently – in Acrobat, and other available tools.
It automates as many of the steps as possible, leads the user through the remaining steps that need fixing manually, and leaves out everything else.
Side menu tabs:
- Tasks (main window)
- Properties/edit
- The "Reading Order", "Tags", and "Structure" menus from Acrobat have been simplified to a single "Reading Order" tab.
The workflow could be:
- Upload file (or send direct from InDesign or Word)

Template Access
I've already spoken with someone in customer service via phone, but I just wanted to make it very clear that it is simply embarrassing for a company as large as Adobe to have shipped this completely broken update to Sign/Document Cloud. Clearly little to no QA was done with this product as anyone who uses this on a semi-regular basis would see that access to templates had been extremely limited (or simply removed entirely). Backwards mess. Lost many important functions
YOU CHANGED THE APP SO BAD!!! I can no longer "forward: to another person, the same group of files and wording that I sent to another person previously. This really renders your app useless to me, because now I must rewrite the introduction each time. ????

Combine pdf in Adobe Acrobat desktop application (not in DC)
Please bring back Adobe Acrobat desktop application.
Please make partial functionality, like combining pdf's, available in the desktop application (in stead of in the cloud).

poor coversion from Arabic PDF to any
i subscribed and i have membership for one month and all the details that i have on Arabic language on pdf and i need to convert it to the Excel in the same language and format but you can see the language it is really bad . also, there is no Arabic language to convert to keep the same language . please help me

poor excel conversion
the current conversion from pdf to excel lumps all the words in one cell, used to be converting the words into individual cells.

Close a review
I met with a customer who asked to be able to prevent reviewers from adding more comments but allow them to have access to view or download the file. Currently, the only options available to end a review are to Unshare (revoke access) or Delete the review.

Allow users to organize and delete files
FEATURE REQUEST: Allow users to create folders to organize files.
FEATURE REQUEST: Allow users to delete files.
PROBLEM: I cannot organize my files in any way, nor can I delete files that are irrelevant. This has rendered the experience almost unusable, as I cannot distinguish useful files from ones I don't need.

Thank you for your feedback. Can you tell us more about what you’re trying to do? If you click on the Files tab, you’ll find that you can delete files that you’ve uploaded and create folders to organize them. Is it that those capabilities are not easy to find?
You’ll also find files that you’ve shared for Viewing, for Review or for Signature in lists under “Shared”. Are you trying to organize those files?

Please bring back Manage section of Adobe Sign ASAP!
The new Adobe Sign interface is very difficult to use--especially the For Signature list where you are supposed to view/manage all of your signatures/status.
The old Adobe Sign Manage section was WONDERFUL--easily could view what was happening with the different sections:
Waiting for Me to Sign
Out for Signature
Signed
Canceled
Archived
Library TemplatesThe new format is hard to view, I can't delete excessive drafts to clean things up and it doesn't even show the name of the other party in the list--you have to click on it and read through the info at the right.

object to requesting my birthdate at login
I object to you collecting my birthdate as a requirement to log in. It's easily possible to use some other information to authenticate me. I do not trust Adobe to keep my information confidential, because frankly, you lack imagination for not using another shared secret. Adobe is not authorized to use my birthday for any other purpose.
