  1. Bug: Save as not working: "The File may be read-only, or another user may have it open.

    Unable to "save-as," export, or e-sign a PDF document.

    Error message when trying to export as another PDF file type, or as another PDF with normal "save as":

    "The File may be read-only, or another user may have it open. Please save the document with a different name or in a different folder."

    I am using Acrobat 9 Pro on a Mac OS Sierra 10.12.6.

  2. not allowing me to edit my PDF. a box keeps popping up saying that "Adobe Acrobat has encountered an unknown error. Please Help!!

    i am trying to edit a PDF and it keeps showing a message that it is unavailable and i do not understand how i am supposed to fix this issue. If someone could please help me i would greatly appreciate it!

  5. When I open any acrobat document, the cursor "blinking on the document is very large covering about ten to fifteen lines of text.

    I am sorry for the inconvenience you are facing. Can you share some sample PDFs with which you are facing this.

  7. Latest updated version Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2017.012.20095 problem

    The latest version is taking too much time while saving the file. Sometime the latest version gets corrupted after saving. We fill that the older version was better.

  8. HTML export

    There should be an option to export one PDF file to one HTML file. It should export it like if there is only one symbol in PDF.

  10. Acrobat DC is so horrible that I will toss it for a pirate copy

    It is dead slow! I have an 64bit Windows 10 laptop and it takes almost two minutes to exit it! I will toss it for a pirate copy without cloud options.
    It sucks big time.

  12. Allow Adobe Acrobat DC (Enterprise Named License) To Roam With User

    Please make it possible to Roam the User's login from PC to PC in a networked environment. My users sometimes move from desk to desk so it is frustrating to have the users login/logout every time they go to a new PC. We would like them to be able to log in once and then be auto-logged into every other machine they sign on to with their networked login (roaming profile).

  13. Incorrect conversion of Greek letters

    Hi,
    We use Adobe Reader Pro to convert PDFs to DOCX. However, there is a problem when we are trying to convert a PDF having some greek letters (please check the screen I have attached). For example, lowercase Greek Delta is being converted into uppercase Gamma. Is there any possibility to change this behaviour to the correct one?

  17. it keeps crashing on my mac and its the newest version of Acrobat Pro

    whenever I add rich media to a PDF, Acrobat Pro DC keeps crashing making it useless. and annoying as I just bought it so it's the latest version.I have a 2016b mac book air. help!

  19. DC PRO constantly crashes

    DC Pro is totally unreliable, whether creating a pdf, trying to access a pdf or saving the program displays "DC Pro not responding. Happens very frequently making the program useless. Have worked with support 3 times no resolve. Occurs on both my WIN10 and WIN7 computers, never had a problem with ver 7 through 10. Pay lots for DC team but will have to look for another vendor.

  20. Drag and drop in Organize is broken

    Whose stupid idea was it to make drag and drop also copy pages when in the organize pages tool? And then why doesn’t ctrl z undo that copy and reselect the pages? This is literally how everything else works.

    But somehow a slight slip in this program means I need to close the file, don’t save and reselect 200 pages again to delete them because of this.

    We tried with several files and dragging does not copy the pages.
    Is it specific to some files or is there a defined way to replicate it?
    If file specific, can you please share the files with us?

    This would help us investigate faster.
