  7. The instruction at 0x00000000743B12E6 The referenced memory at 0x0000000000098 memory could not be read. Click on OK to terminate the program

    This pops up when you click edit. Also, PDFs cannot be highlighted. This window pops up when you select highlight or any editing features. The program seems to work, but we are unable to highlight any part of any document that we've tried.

    I had to retract some items. The black was done in paint as I was unable to do any retractions in Adobe as well.

  9. in windows 11 task view, creating a new desktop, acrobat doesn't work. it will not open in the new desktop and force switches back to desktop 1, completely breaking workflow and functionality.
