  3. Please make Adobe like it used to be, where I don't have to hack into my account just to print a document to PDF, only to have it tell me it can't print because my account is not activated. I just paid $200 last month for my yearly fee. Can I get my money back??????

  5. Searching for item as shown, when it finds it in the graphic it selects extra text! (Is there no check that the selection only includes the search and then trims if necessary?)

  6. Please enable scrolling through tabs like it works in Firefox, the way it works now is horrible, I've closed tabs instead of navigating through them many many times by accident.

  7. Created a setting allows for the deletion of the recent files list when exiting Acrobat. The recent files list gives persons the ability to access files without having to go through security and can display private information depending on the naming convention used.

  9. REALLY BAD BUG: when exporting InDesign files with File hyperlinks, Acrobat DC destroys link by adding an extra 'File:' at link beginning, plus add'l %20 scattered throughout address, so that the link will only work if it is edited in DC. What a waste of time!

  11. I was having trouble editing a PDF. Called Adobe techinical assistance and allowed him access to my computer. Ever since, AND NOT BEFORE, Adobe keeps crashing as i trying to work on same document which WAS NOT SAVED IN THE CLOUD OR ON MY COMPUTER, as technician assured me it was. I am now worried about security of my computer, not to mention the amount of time i am wasting trying to edit an extremely important and timely document, as technician was clearly not at all proficient or even efficient.

  18. I would like to be able to select the Font, Font Size & the type of check box Adobe DC uses when a document is being prepared automatically. Currently I must go in and manually change these attributes each time a new document is prepared. I use font size 12, Font type Helvelica Bold and a square for the check box. Don't understand why a tool was created that only does half the job. I need to be able to change these 3 attributes to the default before I run the prepare form tool.

I have forwarded your request to engineering. It will be picked up after prioritization. We will contact you if we need some more information on this.
    Thank you for your patience

  19. Hyperlinks (either freshly created on the latest Illustrator or old —previously functioning— PDFs) are now ignored by Acrobat Pro DC (running on macOS High Sierra). Unless you insist. A lot: https://youtu.be/7eRMZPttkJA

Problem persists in different machines. The amount of time one wastes after every single Adobe update is just appalling ///D

  20. Currently layers list as one group when created with AutoCad. Microstation will create a layer hierarchy with referenced files.

The ability to group layers from within Acrobat would be very useful, a drag and drop facility like the method for bookmarks would make this an infinitely more useful file.

Also, the ability to manipulate more than one layer at a time. Currently setting a default state needs to be applied individually. To be able to apply states across multiple layers, ie on and off or default state would be an enormous time saver.
