On both printers, the scanning fails to scan both sides, even though settings are for both sides scanning

Bug report- even when set for both sides scanning, scanning occurs on only one side. This occurs on both of my printers.

2) Acrobat version and build number.
3) Please share the screenshots of the error and the settings used.
