Increase 500 character limit when asking AI a question.
The current 500-character limit for asking questions about a document is too restrictive, especially when translation or detailed explanations are required. Increasing this limit to at least 1,200 characters would provide more flexibility. However, why should there be a limit at all? Removing it entirely could ensure users can fully articulate their queries without unnecessary constraints.

1) Clicking the button "Subscribe now", uses a trial request (If I have 5, next to click the button I have 4).

Stop jamming ****** AI down our throats - how about a search function that works
The burden you put on the application to deliver terrible AI features kills productivity. Not only do we want to remove the almost useless 'feature' completely, we'd like the application not to grind to a halt during a simple search while the AntiIntelligence wastes energy and time.

Disable Generative AI. Aside from the disruptive UX/UI aspect of how Gen AI is being pushed onto users, there is also the fact that a number of your users (myself included) are literally not allowed to use Gen AI in our work. Furthermore, surely Adobe is aware that there are a number of use cases where PDFs very often represent the most sensitive, private and/or confidential documents that people use and work with. enable modern ui
Please enable the modern UI feature in China.
As I know, there is a geo restriction on Adobe cloud services in China, so PDF services are not available to any users in China.
The Modern UI employs PDF services and was built to use Acrobat AI services, which do not work owing to geo constraints.
As a result, when you sign in to Acrobat after a while, it reverts to the OLD UI, and all UI switching choices are unavailable.1 vote -

no AI assistant
Hi I have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader Pro, but I still don't have access to AI assistant. Is it a regional thing. I'm in Australia by the way. I have the full subscription for the whole Adobe Suite. I got through the school I work with.
I can access the free sample version through the web browser; however when I log into my Adobe Creative Cloud account on any web browser I can't access the free sample version either.
Please explain.

AI pop-up can not be closed
As if it wasn't already rally annoying constantly having the AI pop up popping up, but the pop up today could not be closed, agreed or cancelled. The only way I could get rid of it was to force a shut down of my PC which meant I lost my place in the 5 open documents, each of between 1000 and 3000 pages.

Academic/Professional use with restricted content
I am a doctorate researcher writing my thesis on child protection, I also have ADHD. Wanted to use the AI assistant to help with gathering information but due to content restrictions I was unable to do this.
Understand these are placed for safety reasons, but perhaps have a profession/academic sign up where people can log in with their institution and can use this feature with less restrictions? I work in forensic psychology and know a lot of colleagues who would benefit from this tool but won't be able to use it due to the limited access.

AI chat tab not working properly
The chat tab does not recognise any keyboard input properly. Instead, the keys are recognised as tool keys in the programme, which is why it is impossible to type a question. I can only write a question/command somewhere else and copy paste it into the tab. Awaiting fixes.

Save previous AI Answers
In order so save NPU Power on Adobes side, save time for users and Generative-AI Credits previous AI-Conversations should be saved after closing the document and should reappear when the document is opened with the same Adobe Account logged in.
The AI often takes a very long time to generate answers, especially for larger documents. This time could be saved and the workflow optimized.
